They are great on so many different levels from when you first walk in you are impressed by the courteous receptionist, she's so helpful and nice. And when you are getting your treatment from all of the PT team, they will explain to you what's happening what this is for they watch you do it they don't just walk away and go chat amongst themselves if your form is not correct they will help you do it the right way they are encouraging and they are aware of your pain levels and don't force you to do things that could potentially cause damage I have been to those other types of places and they're a nightmare. I cannot say enough good things about Agape. Oh, did I mention how immaculately clean this place? The restrooms are always so clean. The equipment is spotless. The floors are clean. It's modern and it doesn't look like it's been there since 1972. So many physical therapy places are just filthy and disgusting. Not this one. This is a top-notch professional organization! I came originally for physical therapy related to neck pain. They accept Medicare and were able to schedule me for the initial consultation with no delays or surprises. Scheduling was easy with phone, email, text reminders for every visit. My physical therapist is Shannon. She is knowledgeable, professional, and I never feel rushed. She designed a routine specific to my issues and sends an email with all the exercises explained and demonstrated. "Pre-hab" Physical Therapy prior to a major surgery. Excellent care and focus on getting my core and extremities stronger. Very professional staff that is detail oriented from the first visit and through out each session. Physical Therapists closely monitor the movements to make sure the patient safety is a constantly followed. The team at the clinic communicates very effectively and follows up with written information if needed. This is the place you've been looking for. I have been to several Physical therapy places in the past. One place hurt me and I quit going the other 2 places were full of therapy tables next to each other in a crowded room with the therapists yaking with each other while working on you so when my doctor wanted me to go to physical therapy again I was reluctant. I thought, I'm going to take the time to drive to each place and check them out. In my search I stopped at Agape and was surprised to see private rooms 1 on 1 with the therapist and a assistant there to guide you thru you your exercise program. I drive about 12 miles from where I live but with gas being so high its worth every penny and I would drive even a little farther to go there if need be. You couldn't ask for a friendlier staff. The consultation before you begin therapy so they can come up with a program tailored to your needs is excellent The therapist's are spot on. I'm being treated for dizziness and I've improved 80 % and I'm still going. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars but thats the only amount allowed on this site.
