Amanda and Dave (firefighter Dave!) were our tour guides for the experience, and both were incredible. They arrived on time and provided us with great commentary about the history of the wineries we were going to as we were driving up to them. They then dropped us off with the winery staff, who were amazing at all three wineries we went to. Overall, Amanda and Dave made it a great experience for me and the party I was with. We were celebrating our friend's birthday on this tour, and they made her feel special, which made it a great memory on this trip!

The individuals that were on the tour with me made it even more fun. Our tour guide and driver, Tony, was very knowledgable about the area, its history, and wine making. They texted me the night before and the day of the tour reminding about the pick date & time. I really appreciated that they offer transportation. Tony picked me up from the hotel, along with other individuals of the tour, and he also dropped us off at the end of the tour. The drive was really fun because Tony let us take over the aux. He's also very knowledgable about the area, so we learned a lot about Temecula's history and other wineries during the drive. At the end of the tour, Tony even gave us dinner recommendations based on our preferences. Thank you Tony! We visited three different wineries: Wilson Creek Winery, Cougar Vineyard & Winery, and Fazeli Cellars Winery. My favorite winery from the three was Wilson Creek Winery. We tasted 6 wines at Wilson Creek, 5 wines at Cougar, and 6 wines at Fazeli! We had a guided tour by "Motor City Mike" at Wilson Creek. He is an incredible teacher. He gave us a tour around the winery, educated us about viniculture and corks, and taught us about the Wilson's history. They also acknowledged my birthday by giving me a necklace with a cork on it. Such a sweet gesture. We did not have a guided tour at the other two wineries. Lunch was included. While booking on their website, you get to choose which sandwich you'd like. We ate lunch at the Cougar Vineyard & Winery. I chose the roast beef sandwich, and it comes with a side of salad and a brownie. The winery is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. The best part is that they're pet-friendly! They even have adoption opportunities, and you can meet the puppies! I completely forgot the names of the wine I tasted, but I thought the wine was okay. Our last stop was at Fazeli Cellars Winery. The structure and outdoor area is very nice. Service is very courteous, attentive, and knowledgable. I thought it was unique because their wine contains interesting ingredients, especially the sweet wines. A friend I met on the tour ordered a flat bread, and we shared it. The flat bread was delicious and paired well with the wine. Highly recommend Grapeline Wine Tours! This was an unforgettable birthday experience. My only critique is that I prefer a guided tour at each winery because I'd like to learn more about its history, their own wine, and their own techniques in wine making.

The van was fully decorated, and champagne served and music on. Our first stop Maurice Carie, Tasted wines, enjoyed a great live band, charcuterie, and a fabulous pastry,baked Brie. Eddie showed us the Barrel Room and shared some information about the barrels. Our next step was Lorimar winery, we enjoyed wine, live music, the outdoor patio was packed with people having a great time. The air was chilly, but they had heaters for comfort. They served a buffet meal which was quite delicious and generous! Our server at Lorimar made herself available for anything we needed. Eddie, our driver even fetched our sweaters when we needed them. This was event first class, fun, and no hassle. We all had a great time! The only challenge, which is typical at public events, long bathroom line for the women at Lorimar. This place was rockin' and with music and dancing!

I did my homework looking around form a flight school that was a good fit for me…read more Chris, the owner, rolled out the red carpet and showed me around. I got to meet many of his instructors. All were great guys, great to talk to, all very experienced, competent and patient. I continued to look at other schools, as I wanted to make the best choice for me. So, I booked a lesson, Mark is my assigned instructor. The guy was awesome! I've flown quite a bit previously, this was an aircraft I was not familiar with. Mark gave me a great run down of the plane, and had me do the pre-flight myself, but supervising to make sure I didn't miss anything, which was perfect, I learn best by doing things myself, Mark zeroed in on that, and let me do my thing, and alerted me to anything that I missed and explained it. That was perfect. Mark had me taxi, I was unfamiliar with this aircraft, and a little nervous about it, but Mark zeroed in on that and encouraged me to taxi, and get familiar with the rudder controls, and get the feeling for it. Mark was super patent the entire time and kept giving me information, and also had me using the radio, holding me to performing as PIC, he didn't let me allow my nervousness to hold me back, he comfortably encouraged me to push forward. Which again is how I learn the best. Chris was there, overseeing operations and checking in with me as to how it was going. Again, what a great guy. Both of these men had a great sense of humor, were encouraging. I'm used to flying a very old C172, and these aircraft are very new with very modern avionics that I am not familiar with, but eased me into finding everything. What this did was give me just enough to want to jump back into lessons feet first. What a great day. I'm anxious to have my next lesson with my instructor, and fly as many planes as they offer so I can have experience flying several aircraft They make becoming a pilot lots of fun. Yeah, I got very nervous being in an unfamiliar aircraft, and the modern avionics intimidated me, but Mark kept me busy and hands on, and didn't let me talk myself out of adapting to the modern avionics. A little on the aircraft, it was a very new airplane, very sensitive and responsive to the controls, I'm using to a very old 172 that is like pushing draft horse around, these aircraft respond to a light touch, this is teaching me to fly a modern plane that flies like it is supposed to that didn't make me have to wrestle with the controls like I am accustomed to, which made that plane a pleasure to operate. My only complaint is that it is not my day to fly today! And I want to fly more. I have to pay as I go, so, I'm flying on a budget, yet Chris and Mark are good with that, and have a plan to keep me flying often, and keep on learning. This is exactly the kind of learning environment that I need. I am impressed. I can't speak highly enough about the school or the quality of instruction. This is exactly what I need, as in my not so distant future, I am acquiring my own airplane, and am going to tour 48 states by air. I'll be traveling alone, and these guys are giving me thorough instruction to help me grow into a competent and confident pilot so I can accomplish my dreams. So, if you're looking for a great flight school, with great instructors that are other yet will push you to learn hands on, and flying NEWER aircraft, you'd be hard pressed to find a better school. Out of desperation as it was now two hours past the original pick up time I agreed but he continued to repeatedly scream into the phone at me shouting "IF I DON'T SEE THE FULL PAYMENT IN MY ACCOUNT I WILL NOT PICK UP!!!" He then proceeded to give me the wrong phone number for his PayPal account, a phone number I verified with him by sending him a screenshot before I sent the money. And yet, it was still incorrect. So, now PayPal is holding $144 of my money for 30 days while they wait for this man to open a PayPal account which won't happen because he already has a PayPal account, he just gave me the wrong number for it. Speaking of PayPal, again because I was desperate, I sent another $144 to the correct PayPal he gave me which brings me to the PayPal case I had to file which was not because I said he didn't return the money it was because I did not receive the full amount back because he stuck me with the $4.31 fee they charged I guess because his was a business account. All this yelling has left this man extremely confused and incapable of communicating with other human beings. Either that or he needs to lay off the sauce.
