Beyond Disappointed - they ruined our family vacation travels! We arranged and paid for a 4am picked for our family of six, from Fontana to Ontario, for a 6am Flight. Transit Van Shuttle, did a NO CALL - NO SHOW, caused our family to MISS our flights as a result of No Pick Up. We had to pay an additional $4000.00 to get our family flights re- booked and back on track for this special graduation and 75th birthday family trip to Jamaica. The owner, Mr. Kenneth offered NO financial assistance for this huge mistake on his teams part. Mr. Kenneth showed zero compassion or empathy, stating he has been. Operating business over 25 years, and this has never happened. Yet he takes NO responsibility or accountability for the financial hardship his business caused my family. Mr.Kenneth, when asked," How he will compensate my family, he said, I can't help you financially, we're a small business. One in which he said he has been in business for over 25 years to operate in 13 other states and several countries. WHAT!!! The audacity of him. What about my small family!!!! Whatever you do, do not hire this company. From the very beginning the service was horrible. I couldn't even get an email confirmation of my purchase to have for my records. Because of the lack of response, I did not feel comfortable relying on this shuttle to get my family to the airport for our trip. I cancelled (well within the time allowed for cancellations per their website). Again, was told I would receive an email confirmation of cancellation for proof. Never received. And for the last 3 weeks have attempted to receive my full refund with no luck. Each email I sent is left with no response. No way to run a business. Would recommend to stay away read more

As a group, I had ridden in one of this company's vans last year while going to San Pedro to go on a cruise and the Company was fine at that time plus the same group has another trip planned this Fall and again in their Van. Earlier this month I checked with the company, did not talk with owner of the franchise at that time, was given a price for both a van and a sedan for myself and my daughter from Palm Springs to Los Angeles and told them I would definitely NOT be taking a van, that I would pay the extra dollars to take a sedan. Under NO circumstances would I take a van. I was told I had a choice of a BMW or a Cadillac and either was fine with me. A BMW showed up ON TIME with a very professional, young man who was an excellent driver and we arrived on time at our destination. I was very pleased to tell my hosts in Bel Air that I was using a new service as before I would normally go with a great limo company out of Palm Springs that I have used for years but when I go with them, I go to an event and back home the same night so I thought the host might be interested in using this company for their many needs at their company. I was told that TVS has companies at many places including drivers and cars, not just vans and as they advertise on their web site, and have them throughout the World. So instead of returning home that night, we could stay over and someone from the LA area would pick us up the next day and bring us back to Palm Springs so my daughter and I stayed over and left the following day, the hosts went out to see what kind of sedan had been sent for us only to find that a VAN WITH ALL KINDS OF ADVERTISING PAINTED ON THE SIDES of it, not only embarrassing but it certainly put a stop to any other business this company would have in the future from them. The worst part of it was we had a driver who immediately made the statement that he was "happy to be driving and liked to talk" and that he lives in Palm Springs so had the van at his home and when I asked WHY the van, he said he had been told by the owner that it would be more comfortable and easier for ME!!! What a farce! Then when we got on the freeway headed towards PS he jumped from the lanes for 2 or more people, which we were, but he said "people were riding his tail" so he'd jerk back and forth between lanes many times." For an elderly person, this was a trip home that I wouldn't wish on anyone. They had my credit card and I was charged for a SEDAN instead of a VAN and when I talked with "owner' he said he'd "given me a deal" and that is why he'd charged more. He gave me nothing as I didn't schedule the trip through Ken, owner of the franchise who has the company, it was through someone at his office and when I called Ken telling him how unhappy I was to be in a van rather than a smooth riding sedan, he never once apologized or did anything other than add onto my bill more money as tip money for the guys, over $60+, which was more than it should have been as I'd already given both drivers money so after getting the bill from my credit card bill, I told him to go ahead and give them that amount although I had given both drivers close to what I thought the bill was going to be as a tip and instead of adding the two different amounts to the transportation billing both going and coming, I am hoping he did indeed give the drivers the extra amounts he charged apart of the bills instead of putting it into the company's funds. I will not be using them again except for the trip with my friends in October for an out of town convention as it is already been paid in full by each of us and instead of Ken's company asking for half the money in Jan or Feb (or when our Leader scheduled him) he asked to be paid in full, months before our trip. Normally, half the amount is expected to be sure we would be taking the trip. Therefore, I close with saying, IF you want a limo company, we have some excellent ones in the Coachella Valley, and don't go to a company loaded with VANS as what they say they will do may turn out like my return trip did....getting a van instead of a sedan. With only two people riding in a van, it is bouncing us all over and very uncomfortable.
