The new mattress and box spring was not dirty or damaged in any way. The men wore protective gear on their shoes to prevent dirt on my floor. They were friendly and so efficient they were in and gone in a flash! Naturally I gave each of them a tip I was so pleased. They were very grateful and they hope I get a survey to complete. Then they could not even return it when scheduled for return--the driver lied outright.
