The second time I tried to use them to send one crate from Chicago to Madrid was a nightmare--the work never made it to Madrid--it sat at O'Hare for two weeks before we gave up. Then they could not even return it when scheduled for return--the driver lied outright. I ended up have to pay for a shipment that never reached its destination and took almost a month to get back to my shop. No one in the company would take responsibility.
