She knows the details and always has great suggestions. Dr. Smith is a soft-spoken man, but he is solid in his work! He is efficient, precise, and thorough in his field. We are lucky to have him so close to us! My dad is deaf in one ear and didn't wear his hearing aid because he thought he would have to take it out for the procedure. Dr. McIff is super personable and friendly, just treating you like a friend from the very beginning. His front desk gal, Stacey, is just a great help with everything, regarding insurance and is pretty knowledgeable! My whole family comes here, and we are just so pleased with his work and the way he makes "visiting the dentist" fun for the little ones. The 6 month cleaning visit is pretty good too, having the hygienist super gentle cleaning my teeth and gums. Recently, I have had to get a crown replaced - and I was a bit hesitant, since I've had my crown for 15+ years and Dr. McIff was super precise, accurate, and just molded my new crown perfectly, having it fit like a glove where the old one was - I couldn't be more pleased with his work and overall customer service and satisfaction!

Don't bother! I received several mailers from this dentist promoting free whitening and evening and…read moreweekend appointments available. I decided to give them a try. When I called to make an appointment, I was informed they no longer offered evening or weekend appointments at either of the offices listed on the mailer. I had received a brand new mailer the day before I called. When I went in for my appointment, I had to wait 25 minutes before I was taken back. I hate offices that don't respect my time. I was on time and even had my new patient forms printed out from their website and already filled out. When the hygienist took me back for x-rays, she asked me to remove the plastic bite cover from their machine afterwards. Really? I work in patient care and I would never ask a patient to do anything like that. When she did my teeth cleaning she was spraying that stuff all over my face. When I asked about the free whitening I was informed that I would have to come back another day for the tray fitting. They certainly didn't tell me that when I mentioned it when making my initial appointment. I'm only allowing 2 stars because the dentist was nice for the 5 minutes he spent with me.
