The fist one who I refer to Mulligan came out and their salesperson spent exactly 23 minutes with me and recommend their system and left. I then had Schultz Soft Water come out and I had the privilege to meet Jon. Jon took his time to test our water and he noticed the loss in pressure he started to investigate the cause to ensure that it was the old softener and not a bigger issue. He identified that due to the old system failing it caused a blockage in our water pipe. He then took the time to clear the blockage and restore our water pressure even before recommending a system. The water was tested again, and Jon went into detail about the results and how Kinetico could improve the quality of our water. Needless to say we chose Schultz Soft Water and the system was installed with in 2 days and the difference was already noticeable. If you want to deal with a company that provides amazing customer service and really cares about you the customer then this is the company for you!

Pros: Service guy was nice and unclogged the drain. Con: I spoke with the owner what needed to be done because I knew it was roots that was causing the problem. Told him I need a snake that can remove roots. He said it would be between $250-$300. They showed up around 9:00 am and had everything cleaned up and out of the house around 10:15 am. Technician tried to charge me $375 saying it was 2 hours of work, when I was told it would be $300.00 max and a lot of the time was wasted due to their equipment not working and the technician trying to fix the attachment at the end of the snake. Equipment was old and literally broke after one use. I paid with cash and asked for a receipt and the tech said they were going to send me an invoice in the mail, but I think he meant receipt. I called back to make sure it was a receipt and not an invoice that they were sending out because I had already paid for the service. Owner gets mad at me and starts yelling profanity over the phone dropping f bombs every other word, because I told him I did not want to pay the $375.00, when he quoted me over the phone $300.00 and a large portion of their time spent was trying to fix the snake that broke right away. There were other issues also but when the owner of the company goes off swearing every other word and will not even let you talk that is when there is no point in supporting them anymore.

I called my insurance company who reviewed the case and told me that I could not be held liable for the damages to the unit below me. However, JJS Property forced me to pay the charges by holding my security deposit (Which was $1000) and then forcing me to pay the difference. The 'resident managers' were extremely rude and would stare at me while I was in my garage minding my own business. They also let themselves into my apartment without notice at one point as well. Rent is extremely high for the condition of the building we were in.
