If you want to shed a few pounds or work on your core this is a great way. I was very sore the first couple of weeks but I didn't notice that I was working so hard during the class. I just had fun. If I had kids I would take them too. They have a huge area next door for kids. I don't know all of the details but when I come to the early classes I see the kids as they leave and they seem to be having a fun time plus they burn off the energy that they would take home if they were at a low energy child care center. If I remember I'll try to add more. I go mostly to burn calories but I have more flexability and overall energy plus I've made tons of cool friends

Well others have said it and maybe I should have updated my review long ago. I did love this gym…read morebut a few months in they basically took $300 from me. I had paid for $500 worth of personal training for my older son and he did use $200 of that but it was so tough scheduling that he lost interest. The kids classes got way too big. So we left...and he would not reimburse my $300, then continued charging for 3mths membership as it was "policy". Something was definitely off and I was too sick from chemo at that point to keep fighting for my money. Recently the owner unalived himself at the gym when the swat team came to retrieve him for child molestation charges...we know the families and it's horrible. I imagine this wasn't the first time for him according to the other reports on here that were deleted. My heart goes out to the victims in this tragedy, all the kiddos that attended classes and the ones he molested, just terrible. You would have to be quite a sick individual to believe the way he left was the only option, zero thought about others and that seemed to be his pattern.

When I went back to tell my husband, he told me he just pulled the same thing on him, staring at him, making faces basically didnt like the way he works out and shaking his head. I went over, confronted him. He was nothing but arrogant. Told me I didn't know what I was talking about. He then told me that I didn't know what I was doing and neither does my husband. There was more I could say about our conversation, but I will save that for my call to the corporate office. I will tell you this guy doesn't belong working there!! This guy TIM is an old man bulked up with a fake tan who shouldn't be criticizing the way other people work out. This is predominantly an older clientele gym and not a Hard core muscle gym. A few weeks prior to today he actually walked up to my husband and straight out told him, "don't you know what you're doing?" he did the same to me a few weeks prior as well. I was on a machine had to take the earbuds out and he said, "don't you know how to use this machine?" I told him I know how to use this machine. He then gave me an attitude and walked away. I don't need to go to the gym to be made felt uncomfortable and neither does my husband. We both have medical conditions and we don't work out aggressively and work out at own pace. We don't need anyone staring us down, criticizing the way we work out. What he said to me that I will be relaying to corporate should be enough to get rid of this guy. I hope I never see this TIM's face again.

Our tour guides were Chad and Joey who made for a great ride out into the ocean. Good information was shared along the way and when dolphins were located on the tour Chad was excellent at pointing them out along the way. A bald eagle nest was also seen complete with a bald eagle perched overlooking the ocean. The sunset was absolutely gorgeous and the tour was just the right amount of time to be out on the water to enjoy the boat ride. We don't drink so purchased the tickets without the alcohol included but then were welcome to bring on our own drinks and snacks for the ride. The playlist of music out on the sunset tour was top notch and apparently dolphins have a good affection for Elton John's "Tiny Dancer" as when that song came on the dolphins came out in force. Highly recommend Siesta Key Watersports!

Big Cat Rescue in Tampa is a legitimate rescue. Big Cat Habitat is more like a side circus where most animals are kept in enclosures which are too small. Please support legitimate rescues and not places where private individuals own and display their pets.

Watching lions and other big cats perform in shows was upsetting. These are powerful wild animals, not domesticated pets. Big cats do not naturally follow commands or perform tricks for humans. To get them to behave this way, trainers typically rely on intensive conditioning, deprivation, fear, punishment, or other coercive methods. Even when facilities claim their training is "positive," the reality is that wild animals don't voluntarily choose to perform choreographed routines for crowds. Seeing animals that should be roaming, hunting, resting, and exhibiting natural behaviors instead being made to perform for applause felt wrong. The show may be entertaining to some visitors, but it comes at the expense of the animals' dignity and well-being. If you genuinely care about wildlife conservation and animal welfare, I would encourage you to support facilities that rescue animals without breeding, exploiting, or using them in performances. I left feeling disappointed and saddened by what I saw.

If you plan to stay long, make sure to bring some sort of shade as, opposed to the beaches that I'm more used to on the east coast of the state, there's not really many trees or anything in the sand.

They sit 30 kids on floor to watch cartoons with bunch of high-school kids with no educational training. Then put then on their tablets for hours at a time.
