Do NOT sign the contract, unless you want to do the work yourself! I hired Natalie to organize my wedding in Punta Cana, DR and I chose her over other travel agents because she sells herself very well. Many promises were made during the interview, most delivered with attitude and only after demanding them. Issues: 1. She's very nice and proactive when it comes to charge you for everything in advance, once you submit your payment you will barely hear from her and Natalie acts as she's being bothered every time you contact her. 2. My fiancé's best man emailed and called her way in advance and she never responded. Forcing him to make his own reservations. 3. When I asked her about our website and distributing this to our guests, she told me that I had to send it to all my guests. I then questioned her asking if that wasn't her job since she's the one getting paid for this and she had the nerve to call me "rude" when all I was asking her is to do her job and make money off my guests and myself. 4. On repeated occasions she told me that "I wasn't her only client", and you will receive this treatment from Natalie when you demand her to stick with what she promises. I truly believe being a TA is no longer her passion, you can tell she's no longer good at it. 5. I have had at least 5 families in my wedding party reporting that Natalie was rude to them when they asked questions and she was impatient with them. They had to make their own accommodations because of this without using Natalie, which let me to not have the minimum required number of guests (due to Natalie's incompetence and lack of empathy), the hotel was willing to work with me, after noticing how unhappy I was with Natalie as my travel agent. 6. Even my wedding coordinator noticed Natalie's lack of attention and coordination as her emails are disorganized. She forgets what information she was given and then asks you to find the information for her. Again, I ended up doing majority of her tasks. 7. She will promise an app to be delivered 2 weeks before departure. She breached her own contract and posted this app 2 days before departure with MANY mistakes that I had to point out for her to fix. 8. I tried to break the contract with her on a couple of occasions and after consulting with the hotel in the DR, I was going to punish my guests in order to get rid of Natalie, which in good faith, it's the only reason that prevented me from doing so. 9. I guarantee that you will have to triple check EVERYTHING that Natalie does because in every single task, there were mistakes. Wrong itineraries, wrong names, wrong dates, you name it. The purpose of this review is to avoid more people to go through what I went through. I wish I would have never gone under contract with TravelAbundance or with Natalie, don't make the same mistake I made! Go somewhere else. read more

First , Natalie has grown a wonderful business , the app they give you is to die for . I worked for Natalie as her first agent , as I had taken a leave from my airline due to my husbands death . I booked her first international trip . 3 years ago, we had to cancel a trip , due to my laying in a hospital, as we were struck by another car . Immediate surgery. We apologized over and over We , booked a few months later , to Florida . Was wonderful. Then last year , I had a 55 year reunion trip with my best friend , she and her husband , with my encouragement, booked also with Travelabundance . We never complained, in Berlin, the transfer was a hour late , in Prague, the driver couldn't find us for an hour, then it was a dirty , best up , rusted out van, dropped us off , three blocks from hotel. In Vienna , the dinner cruise , was not running at that time of year . We never said a word , because frankly , things happen , we had a great time , everything was great So here is our story, Natalie deserves , everything positive, wonderful review. It's all true . I would encourage people to book with her . She gives an amazing service . Except, we were told by the agent to book our airfare , ok, her first complaint, which we found the hotel we wanted in Zurich, all she had to do was give us the prices of the two different rooms , which we booked . Then to get to another destination, by air, there was a a different airfare that came through our credit card then what was Austen , a substantial difference, when, we questioned , and cancelled, we were told by the agent to book the rest of the trip on our own, we were almost through anyway . I did contact Natalie , as a business, we were basically told it was a an upscale travel agent , there platform was different now . Which meant we don't question price . Natalie did get us the airplane , but sadly , she wouldn't finish our train or transfers . I gave Natalie the train, it didn't show up on her search engine, I thought take a different train , route, was told to book it on our own, the next day , I did send her a picture, on her search engine there it was . Ended up , i found a better train , no. Stop to Zurich on my own and booked it, I booked my transfers . We are just not the type of people , who nust book, without seeing prices . Our mistake , her services are now for people who g Have no budget constraints. We had planned an Italy and Portugal, trip . Will seek a travel agent here . It was very hurtful, I love Natalie , but we are just not her type of client. Which is disappointing, because she does have a great platform. What is upsetting, the agent , who dropped us cold , because we questioned room prices and the air discrepancy . We spent a lot of money , on last October , we never made a complaint or fussed over the mistakes. Our attitude , things happen . So we are saddened. It's not as if the agent had to search for a hotel, all she had to do was check the prices of two different rooms . She told us to make our own airplane reservations, we did , the airplane price difference from what was quoted , was to much of a difference. Would I still encourage people to book with them , yes , it's just people like us , who shouldn't , we are not in this same league. I will say , the app is wonderful, she plans great trips .. Last year we booked a Paris trip through Travel Abundance as we wanted to have a well planned out Europe trip around Christmas. They came back and provided us with a comprehensive itinerary at first. However when we started probing about the price for each item in the itinerary, they refused to give us the price and said they couldn't provide it to us- they only provided us with the total amount. They should have provided us with an itemised receipt of everything we were getting charged for. They also included tours in the itinerary that we hadn't specifically asked for. When it came time to pay for the total trip, they hadn't informed us that the flights were an additional charge making the entire trip very expensive. This tour company lacks transparency with their billing. We had no idea if they were over charging us for each individual item and when we requested a refund, they said they needed to speak with their vendor in England which made us question who exactly was organising the trip and who we were paying. Their communication is also lacking especially with disclosing parts of the trip and the flights that were a separate charge altogether! read more

Oh My Gosh. I cannot say enough good things about our Travel Abundance agent, Natalie. She planned my family's dream vacation to Barcelona and Italy for my sister and I's graduation post-COVID. The sheer number of transfers, activities, and coordination between guides and ourselves is something we could not have done alone. Even the planning process, something that can cause extreme stress when traveling abroad, was fun! Getting to choose what actives we were going to do and learning about where we were going to be was awesome and got us so excited. Everything we had planned went off without a hitch (except one scheduling slip up that was not the fault of Natalie at all - the company admitted to scheduling us a day later than intended). Every transfer, whether from an airport, train station, ferry, or hotel had a car and very friendly local driver, every one of which always seemed so excited to tell us about the area and give recommendations, and it was SO nice to not have to worry about dragging our luggage through the cobblestone streets of Spain and Italy so we could save our energy for the more fun activities. And the ACTIVITIES! Once in a lifetime opportunities: private tours through the Sagrada Familia, Duomo del Milan, the luxurious villas of Lake Como, the city center of Florence, the ruins of Pompei, the Colosseum and Roman Forum, a vespa ride through the hills of Tuscany, a private cooking lesson with a fantastic chef in a Tuscan estate kitchen built in the 1600s, a private boat cruise around the breathtaking island of Capri, a private food tour to local favorites in Rome, and a ride in a vintage Excalibur through the lit up streets of Rome at sunset and into the night as a finale to the trip of a lifetime. It should also be noted that Natalie takes the extra effort to work personally with locals in the area to give these tours, and all of them expressed their extreme gratitude at this fact. Coordinating such a trip would simply have been impossible without Natalie, and she was always available for any questions/confusion we had. My parents also enlisted her help when planning their anniversary trip with their best friends to Greece pre-COVID, which was much more relaxed and laid back and also went perfectly! We knew exactly who to use when planning our first vacation post-COVID. She is so so sweet, loves to spoil her clients, and gets just as excited for your trip as you are. This is the 2nd time I've used Travel Abundance. Natalie and her team composed the perfect honeymoon for me and the Mrs to Thailand. Neither of us had been but both dying to go. I truly cannot say better things about Travel Abundance. Marcus, our trip coordinator was just so incredibly responsive, informative, and understanding of our needs. We wanted to do a trip to Egypt and Jordan for my wife's 40th birthday to see the Ancient Egyptian sites in Cairo and Luxor, Petra, and a some biblical sites in Jordan. We were absolutely blown away by how seamless everything was- we had help at the airports and amazing guides and drivers waiting for us at every stop. Our guide in Cairo, Hassan, was just an incredible guy- he is an Egyptologist, Archeaologist with the Ministry of Antiquities, and PhD candidate, and offered so much more about Cairo and the sites than we could have thought to read up on before we arrived. Hany, our guide in Luxor, has over 25 years of experience as a guide (also an Egyptologist) and has an incredible cache of diagrams and notes on hand to help depict the history and mythology around all of the beautiful sites we visited. Our guide in Jordan, Omar, grew up around Petra playing in the ruins, has served as a local guide at the site previously, and now has worked for years as a nation-wide guide touring every major tourist destination in Jordan with travelers such as ourselves. There are a few (on-the-way) stops at various craft shops (handmade rugs, oils, alabaster) that are set up by the tour companies that are very interesting, but know two things: 1. Even if the prices are "government prices", they are very much negotiable and 2. They're set up because they're common items clients want and are guaranteed by the government there, so if you have an issue with your purchase you have recourse. If you aren't interested in the items or how they're made, just ask to leave. The biggest thing I can relay is that we had the time of our lives, never once felt unsafe or unwelcome, and that we never experienced anything but warmth and hospitality while we were in Egypt and Jordan. This was my first time using a luxury agency, and without the quality of guides, drivers, and help at the airports I don't think we would have been as blown away with our overall experience. Wow! Sheryl and Natalie really outdid themselves in planning our Bucket List African Safari trip. They are both very professional and CALM! When we moved our trip up one year, they never blinked. We were in Africa for two weeks. The camps they found us were absolutely wonderful and we got to experience safari at every level - walking, 4x4 and boat. I really liked the eco-friendly safari camps that they found for us. It was amazing to see how humans can exist without disrupting life too much for the animals. Each camp had its own personality and offerings. On the walking tours we learned so much about the flora and got to observed animals without the distraction of vehicles. The evening boat tours were very informative and exciting...hippos and elephants appeared out of no where!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kerry, one of the Travel Advisors with Travel Abundance. I recently had to make some very last minute travel arrangements. I was dealing with a very hectic work schedule and needed someone to handle every aspect of the trip including flights, hotel, car service, etc. Kerry was able to make all arrangements within minutes. Due to weather conditions during my scheduled trip, there were numerous delays & cancellations, during what ended up being a 2 day trip. She stayed in constant contact with me to keep me posted of changes to my flights, even way past any sort of regular business hours...as in past midnight! I suffer severe anxiety and panic attacks, which result in very irrational and uncontrollable behavior on my part. Kerry did not let any of that affect her and just kept moving forward with making any necessary flight changes and keeping me posted. She had no obligation to do more than half of what she did for me. But she did! And I am forever grateful. I am very late getting this review posted. But, I am ready to plan a much needed vacation. So last Summer when I was planning a Christmas trip for my daughters and me, I contacted Natalie.
