Dan came to our home before we left to deliver all the the travel documents we needed, and he explained the process of getting through the airport and getting our transportation once we arrived. This was very helpful for us as we have never been to Mexico before. Once we got there, finding our transport to the resort and our arrival to the resort was seamless. It was just as easy when we left to go home as well. The resort really was fabulous, and we had the best time!
