Covid-19 ruined our plans to celebrate a 40th wedding anniversary with a cruise. We had booked a 2 week package with Galaxsea on Celebrity. Our agent, June did a great job making sure everything was covered from flights to airport transfers to trip insurance to excursions to state room preferences etc. She continued that level of service and support when we were faced with a cancellation and wanted a full refund. My husband and I called Dan at Galaxsea to set up a vacation to Mexico. The whole process was so great from start to finish! We simply called him and told him where we wanted to go, and how much we wanted to spend. Within just a day or two, he had already gotten back to us with some great options! We ended up doing an all inclusive that was absolutely amazing. We didn't go over what we had told him we could spend at all, and everything about the trip was so easy! Dan came to our home before we left to deliver all the the travel documents we needed, and he explained the process of getting through the airport and getting our transportation once we arrived. This was very helpful for us as we have never been to Mexico before. Once we got there, finding our transport to the resort and our arrival to the resort was seamless. It was just as easy when we left to go home as well. The resort really was fabulous, and we had the best time! Dan definitely got us a good rate, as we talked to other couples who were staying at the same resort, same type of room, and for the same amount of time, who had paid significantly more than we did. My wife and I had just gotten married and were planning our honeymoon. I worked with Dan Weiner from Galaxsea and I have to say this is hands down one of the best travel agents I have ever worked it. I'm a huge priceline guy, myself, and travel often.
