I locked the keys in the car at 8:30 p.m…read more Totally my fault, but I sat in a dark parking lot in an unfamiliar town for over 3hrs waiting for someone to come and unlock the door. I spoke with at least 4 different AAA agents/supervisors, and all I got was 4 or 5 robo calls telling me to be patient, help was on the way. After 2 strangers approached me, I decided to break the window and get into the car on my own. My safety was more important than the car window. The whole purpose of the roadside assistance plan is to get help when you need it. AAA absolutely failed me! Seriously questioning why I pay $129 a year to be ignored and abandoned.

They tried to sell me a new tire until I pointed out that they were the ones who worked on it and the tire was under warranty.) BUT! I recently went to this Raleigh location and had such a pleasant experience. Matt was the service tech who assisted me. He provided solution to any concern I had and was great at communicating with his team. He went over the inspection report in a simple and quick way that was easy to understand and even went over the previous services completed on the car. I really appreciated him pointing out what to prioritize regarding urgent car care needs vs general maintenance care. Logan was the mechanic working on my car and everything is functioning properly without any concerns. Thank you, Logan! Overall, AAA has always been quite reliable in regard to car maintenance but shout out to the staff at this location for their great customer service and professionalism!
