She made sure my 85 year old father, who was traveling alone on one of the legs of the trip, was well taken care of by the airlines, and when we had issues with his flights being changed or cancelled, she jumped right onto the problem and got him where he needed to go on time. The owner Anthony texted me and called me throughout my son's wedding to tell me we made them late for their other pickups and we would be charged a surcharge which was double the fee I had already paid. This was very stressful during a special time and very unprofessional. This added to my having to track them down initially to obtain an agreement and pay a deposit for their services, I would not recommend them to others for dependable transportation especially on a special day.
