She listened and asked questions to help narrow down exactly what we did (and did not) want. She nailed it! The entire trip (and planning) was seamless with her help. Throughout the planning, we never felt rushed and had all questions answered even up until the week we were leaving. We didn't have to really "think" too much on this holiday. All documents were given to us ahead of time, transportation was booked, and we felt very comfortable that we would be able to reach her during our trip at any point if needed. We had a great experience with Viking Travel for a 2-week-long European vacation this past July. I…read moreworked with Avery on details for a few months, and he was able to get us flights and hotels on either end of our travel for cheaper than I could find flights alone. Not only that, but the flights were ideal (great travel times, minimal layovers), and the hotels in Milan and Paris were so great-- especially for a family of 4! Our hotel in Paris had 2 separate bedrooms (a third if you count the living room, which had its own door), as well as a full kitchen (microwave, stove, plates/silverware, refrigerator, etc.). And none of the hotels were super touristy or packed-- we felt like we had found some hidden gems. Throughout planning and during our travel, Viking Travel was available to us by phone or email, and they were always quick to respond. They helped with COVID preparation, which was a big concern of ours going into Europe. I have to admit I had concerns with using a travel agent in this day and age, but it was worth it for sure. I'm not sure if it's like this for all packages, but we didn't pay Viking anything extra, there were no out-of-pocket costs to use them, we just paid for the flights/hotels and that was it. I can't recommend Viking Travel enough. We're already planning our next trip through them for next year :)

We are traveling with a large family group and like all big groups, everyone has their particular place they want to stay, things they want to see and excursions they want to go on. This will be our third trip to the islands (first since '04) and our first using a travel agent to guide us along. As of now, Hawaii still has many COVID restrictions in place and many venues, luaus, tours etc.. are limited in terms of capacity. Car rentals on Maui seem to be an issue right now but she was able to secure us two Jeeps for a day trip to "The Road to Hana". We were able to book a limited tour of Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona memorial through this company with no issues. Erica also found us deals with the airfare and accommodations, which have saved us a few bucks. She has been very helpful and has done extensive research to guide us during the process and has been a pleasure to deal with. If you're in need of a trustworthy and reliable travel agent, give Erica and this company a call.
