Big gap underneath door!!!! No mirror in restroom, dead moth on wall, hole behind bathroom door and dirty ass walls definitely not what I expected for what I paid. I should've read the reviews before booking!! Ooh and I forgot to take a picture of hair on my supposedly CLEAN sheets !!!! WIFI sucks RUUUUN DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Nasty nasstyyy restroom. Toilet doesn't even work

This place is disgusting. This places is an extremely disgusting place. Hotels in mexico are like 5 star Vegas compared to this. Spiderwebs rverywhere the door has a bigass gap where bugs come in. i cant even sit on the bed. F*cckkk this place is gross they dont give money back either. Check in had shoes everywhere on the floor. Smells like crack hotel. Nothing at all like in the pictures. AT ALL. Im going to sleep in my car. I know i wont get an STD in their.

    No smoke detector

Run, don't walk away. To their benefit, the owners mean well. The structure is simply so old and dilapidated that they almost need to level it and rebuild. When I checked in the office smelled like garlic and it was cluttered and messy. The staff was friendly. I got my room key (not key card, actual key) and I'm on the top floor by request because I don't want to hear loud stomping above me. I get into the room, and granted, I only paid $59 but damn! The room had fairly new flooring, a linoleum that resembled a wood floor. I believe they sweep, but I don't think hey mop because walking barefoot the bottoms of my feet turned black. The bathroom looked like vintage 1972. The cover in the toilet tank isn't event the right cover. The bathtub had rust and soap scum stains. The AC had not been on all day, so the room was close to 90 degrees and even running the AC it never cooled off to a comfortable level. They never gave me the wifi password, and there was no phone to call downstairs. No elevator, so not ADA compliant at all. The smoke detector was missing, and the shower curtain was old and stained. I figured for $59, I can get by. The next day I went to visit someone at the prison, and when I returned I realized that the $59 rate apparently does not include maid service because my room had not been cleaned. I had left the AC on when I left, so at least it was cool when I came in. The fridge and microwave worked, but the bathroom mirror was mounted to high on the wall for me to see in it (I'm 5'1"). Yes, short girl problems. It also smelled like people smoked in the room. There is a no smoking sign, but I think smoking may have been authorized in the past. There was a guy outside painting the exterior, so I think they are trying to do better. They just don't have the resources to give it he TLC it needs. If you're looking for cheap, sleep, and shower, this will work for you. If you want any level of creature comfort, keep moving.

The Locke was barely hanging in there

We stayed here on short notice. I guess you get what you pay for. All the floors are creaky, the toilet stall in the bathroom is very narrow making it impossible for a proper wipe. They do have a microwave and mini-fridge. I tried to use the microwave with the tv on and it tripped the breaker. Frustrating... No coffee maker. The free WiFi is really limited and could barely check my Fb. No phone in the room. Only 1 accessible outlet to plug in to. Drawer in the nightstand is broken. Fan was broken. Towel rack in bathroom also broken. Free HBO? Was only able to get Starz and encore. Lots of sketchy people hanging around outside. Don't be surprised when someone comes out of their room to ask you for a cigarette. You can also hear road noise inside your room. But the room was clean. We won't be back.

I stayed here the night of August 24, 2025 to handle legal matters at the nearby courthouse. There…read morewas a lighting storm, and this motel seemed to have the most amenities for a Wyndham in the area. Since I booked on Agoda the day of the trip, there was very little choice in rooms and was assigned Room 101, a room to the right of the pool, with one double sized bed and a bathroom with grip handles. Amenities: In the registration room, there is a cash-only ending machine that seemed 1/3 full, and a business center computer desk that was turned off when I arrived. On the opposite side of the parking lot, there is a vending machine room that only housed the ice machine (that I didn't test) and a cash-only soda machine. The pool is across the parking lot behind the office, and seemed to be a basic 35ft rectangle pool that goes from 3.5 to 6ft deep. Appliances: Everything worked. My room had a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and a standard 36" widescreen TV with HD DirectTV receiver with standard service. The fridge included a freezer door so that frozen stuff doesn't affect the rest of the items. The lamps also included one standard AC outlet but no USB ports. There was also a phone, and an alarm that included settings to hear two types of nature sounds, but they still sounded staticky. Cleanliness: I didn't notice any problems with bugs or dirt, The room offered two medium sized trash cans. The pool had PH balance problems that made the water slightly cloudy because of the storm, and the staff apologized for it. There were no cracks or discolorations. There were clean towels available in a sealed box. Breakfast: There is a special room for breakfast next to the registration office. It's staffed, includes coffee/water, both hot and cold cereals (oatmeal packets for hot and two bulk cereal dispensers of frosted flakes and granola for cold), the apple/orange juice machine found everywhere Wyndham, a bowl of apples, and a freezer of milk and yogurt. Guests and Vibe: The parking lot was packed by the time I came in, and because of the storm, nobody was outside. You could hear others as the stay went on, but everybody honored quiet hours. Conclusion: This place what's to be expected of a Super 8: nothing less and nothing more. 3.5 stars.

Chose this motel because of the location (reached town around 9:30pm), decent rating on Expedia,…read moreand price point (about $66-72/night for a room with one bed). Check-in was quick and easy. We enjoyed meeting a cat outside the office door before heading to our room. The room wasn't big but I liked it. The bed was pretty comfortable and I was happy to see a desk because there was a chance I'd need to do a little work on my laptop. I didn't end up using their wifi but my husband seemed happy with the wifi speed. The two negatives: It was quiet when we arrived at ~9:45pm but at some point after 10pm we started hearing a lot of noise (neighbors moving around and talking). In the morning we could clearly hear somebody listening to a radio or tv. I didn't pay attention to the words but the noise was difficult to ignore. I don't think anyone was especially loud but it still sounded like they were almost in the same room. It was pretty difficult to lock the door from outside. We were fine locking it from inside the room but I definitely struggled outside. We only stayed one night, though, so it didn't really matter. Would I stay again? Probably. I'd try to bring some ear plugs, though.

The price was 88/night plus tax and fees. Cheapest in town…read more The floor actually had sand or dirt on it which was noticed wearing socks and bare feet. Bed and bathroom were clean. TV didn't work. Door jamb was pieced together and looked like the door had been kicked in on several occasions. Owner seemed nice. I need to quit staying at the cheap hotels.
