They did not get us any money to help with repairs and not only sided with the tow truck company but cowered to them then abruptly stopped replying to my email, even after I was offering explanations and more evidence. They ignored my follow up emails for 6 months. They had the nerve to say they couldn't confirm if my car had a blown transmission, even though two independent mechanics, one of which Audi dealership making that diagnosis. Essentially what happened was the tow truck driver was too lazy to tow the car and it over heated. I had to replace the coolant sensor and apparatus for $1500 then it was revealed that the transmission was blown due to melted clutches. If I as a doctor and someone with the most expensive AAA premier RV membership can't get any respect from their office, how can anyone else?
