The maintenance team corrected the problem ASAP. Passports Matter coordinated the decorating of our room for my birthday. Passports Matter took care of the small details that I didn't consider. Instead, it was a late model Grand Marquis with driver who faintly smelled of cigarettes. Nonetheless, he was punctual and polite. He also suggested the 'Fourth Street Live' event near my hotel which I appreciated. There was only one other passenger and she was going to the same hotel that I was. After arriving at the Galt House hotel, I learned that it uses the Sanddollar Limousine shuttle which is a little cheaper, more convenient (cause it's already at the hotel) and it's actually a shuttle van. But as I rode back to the airport alone, it was nice not having to make several stops to get to my destination. Overall it was a pretty good experience. Just don't expect a shuttle!

It's nice to be able to try wonderful places without worrying about driving! They have everything you need to have a great day on the bourbon trail; light snacks, water, soft drinks, and cups to sample with on the coach. We enjoyed our time with our guide at the Frazier getting a brief knowledge overview of bourbon before our journey began. We started bright and early with a delicious tasting there! We then had a delicious lunch that was ready almost exactly when we arrived, which was great after already having a few tastes! The tours at Jim Beam and Heaven Hill were very informative and enjoyable. We really hope to go to try out the Thursday and Friday tours sometime soon!
