On one occasion, an irreputable hotelier refused to refund a $1,000 deposit I made, despite the fact that we cancelled within the time allowed for cancellation. Mark is the best at what he does! He helped me, and my husband book our hotel, and air for our honeymoon. He paid special attention to every last detail, including making sure our connecting flight times were minimized! Travel Services agents are always helpful to find the best prices and most conveient schedules even with complicated bookings. I can't count the times Mark has "rescued" me when flights have been cancelled or delayed.
