Went in to get my fingerprints done because this was one of the only locations my employer would accept for this service. It was a 2-hour drive each way, so I spent 4 hours driving just to be told, after I arrived, that their fingerprint machine was broken. To make matters worse, I was greeted with a "have a seat" when I walked in, despite the sign at the front desk instructing customers to wait there for assistance. After waiting for about 10 minutes, someone finally asked what I was there for. As soon as I told them I was there for fingerprinting, I was casually informed that their machine was down and that I could "try coming back Monday." No, I couldn't. I have a full-time job and live 2 hours away. Driving another 4-hour round trip because they couldn't notify customers that their equipment was out of service is completely unreasonable. I called their customer service line afterward to ask what the normal protocol is when a machine is down. I was told they typically email or call customers ahead of time to let them know. That clearly didn't happen in my case. A simple phone call or email would have saved me four hours of driving, gas money, and a completely wasted day. Extremely rude entitled staff. Don't need a college degree to press a finger to a pad, it's only time consuming. I have a fractured back and when I asked my finger printer if there was a seat she over sighed and acted like removing her purse and jacket from the chair she pulled behind her was a crime. Been sitting here 40 minutes staring at the sign on the door that says closed for lunch and will be back at 1:00. It's now 1:40 no one is here with lots of people just sitting outside. I came here for a professional nursing licensing and I was hesitant due to the reviews, however when I showed up I was advised to sit and wait to check in which occurred within less than 10 minutes. My service was completed almost right away and I was in and out within 20 minutes if not less. Please don't let the other reviews discourage you , everybody was pleasant and professional and it didn't take all that long. read more

I scheduled an appointment during business hour. I came for my appointment at 3pm no one was there. The sign said they would return at 1pm. I received no cancellation notification or email for inclement weather. I wasted money on transportation under the assumption they are open during my appointment time. read more

We made an appointment and arrived early. Thirty minutes later, we were still waiting to be seen. I'm not sure what the hierarchy is but on the website it states that if you have an appointment, you have priority. We got into the representatives office, it didn't take more than about 15 minutes for the two of us to be completed. I'm sure that they are short of staff, Thus the reason that they were yelling back-and-forth across the office. Overall, not a great experience and if all goes well, I will not need to return for another five years. read more

When things work it's fine but they had tech issues and no one was available to help. The staff spent over an hour on hold waiting for tech support to only be told to do what they had already done over and over. It's not the employees on site it's the company taking the government contract. Book an appointment, take time off work and hope the system works because if it doesn't your screwed and the government contractor doesn't care or support the people trying to do their jobs. read more

So i had 3 appointments (myself and 2 family members) we arrived a bit early, when I approached to check my party of three in I was advised by the young lady at the front desk there was only (2) names out of three on her list. As I explained I have confirmation emails of names and times for all three appointments she became unprofessional, argumentative and a bit rude. After rechecking her list she seen all three names were in fact on the list she then (in a hostile tone) requested i presented the documents and she advised I have a seat until called. I get it we all have bad days but when dealing the the public there is a level of professionalism that has to be maintained. on a better note the young lady that processed our paperwork was aces very professional and a lovely demeanor. read more

I was a little concerned when I read the reviews but needed to go here to get fingerprinted for CWP. Also got my TSA precheck while there. I walked in, was greeted by a very nice lady who took me right back for my fingerprinting. She was exceptionally professional and handled the process with excellence. I'd forgotten a document for TSA precheck and they had me go get it and return to complete that process. A second employee handled that process with the same professionalism as the other. Not sure what happened with other reviewers but I had nothing less than a positive experience. A+ read more

The absolutely most inept organization I have EVER tried to use. I paid to get fingerprints done at an IdentoGo office and received an email that my results were ready to download. However, the results could not be downloaded. My many phone calls to 5 or 6 different IdentoGo numbers resulted in NO HELP AT ALL, only telling me I had to call a different number. So now I'm out $52.64 and have NO RESULTS! read more

I was very unimpressed with the professionalism of this facility. There are multiple reasons as to why I felt this way: To start, the staff greeted those who walked in by yelling across the room from their cubicles. This was very strange. They separated my wife and myself, which was unnecessary. They also didn't provide accurate receipts upon request. It had to get emailed to me. This is one of the locations for TSA Precheck in the Columbia SC area. It was a great choice for us. If you are doing the Precheck, I recommend going on line and pre-registering and answering the questions. Then, at the end, they will give you the next available appointment. So we got an appointment in two days. So we entered and she took us in early. Within fifteen minutes my husband and I had our photos done, fingerprints made, and information reviewed. I missed my appointment the day before (a Wednesday) and walked in on Thursday morning after rescheduling just to see if I could be worked in before then. No one was really in there and I was greeted quickly and energetically by the lady working. I explained what happened and asked if she could see me and she took me right in to the back and got me processed. Went in to RENEW TWIC /HME--told they only do ONE at a time??? and I was going to have to make TWO appointments-- then the agent looked at my REAL ID GA CDL and announced it WASN'T a REAL ID GA CDL, THEN said my UNEXPIRED TWIC card cannot be used for identification. You cannot reason with these folks because they CAN NOT and WILL NOT listen--ANOTHER case of the government giving authority to someone who is incapable of reasoning their way out of a paperbag. read more

Walk-ins allowed! I had an appointment scheduled however my birth certificate arrived earlier than I expected. I tried to find a phone number to ask if they accepted walk ins. They did! Well when I looked in yelp for a review I expected the worse :( the reviews are horrible. I braved myself and walked in. There were two wonderful smiling ladies at the desk. There was one person in front of me and otherwise that was all. The other person finished in 5 minutes and once I sat down to get processed it took me an additional 5 minutes. It was a breeze! I highly recommend filling out the forms online to breeze through like I did. The staff was super friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Worth it! read more

Horrible. The worst customer experience that I have ever encountered. Several people were taken out of order, while others waited far past their appointment time. My name was spelled incorrectly on my application by my employer, so I was told that I needed to call customer service to get it changed. After a 25 minute wait on the phone, I finally spoke to a customer service agent who asked me nothing but my birthday to change the spelling. Why couldn't the lady sitting with my ID in her hand change it, but someone who has zero clue who I really am can? They also had another lady on hold with customer service to pay by credit card because they only accept checks in person. It is 2020! Why can they not take care of their customers on site? The ladies working seemed miserable and were incredibly rude to everyone there who had any sort of question. I hope to never return. read more

As I sit in the waiting room now there are two female employees talking like they're sitting in a restaurant having brunch. They are having technical difficulties with their system apparently. I downloaded Yelp just to write this review. This is the worst, most horrible, most unprofessional business I've ever been to. Somehow, it's 2017 and this place only takes checks and money orders. But wait... It gets better. They wouldn't take our cashier's check bc it had the name written in it already. Let that sink in. They wanted a blank check! Nevermind the bank won't give checks without the name written on it. Ironic that a fingerprinting place has such horrible employees.
