Nikki basically took…read moreour oldest son under her wing during our stay as we recently moved to TX and he hasn't met a lot of friends yet. We had three issues during our stay. One - often the washing machines and/or dryers are out of service and with a family of six that can be frustrating. Two - the water was shut off one evening and there wasn't communication to the tenants affected and did not end up getting resolved until almost midnight. Given it was 40 degrees, I wasn't going to take myself or my toddler and infant to the showers available within the park. Three - we had an issue with a VERY rude employee but luckily her poor behavior was addressed and is no longer an issue. This was a HUGE step up from the park we stayed in previously and I will definitely be back to bring my boys in to visit because they love everyone.

Me and my parents attend online college and we had no internet service, the internet network they provided us with was the slowest internet I've ever used. The laundry room was a shed with no doors on it and it looked quite scary due to the fact that their are rattle snakes here. We stayed two days and had to go to Big Spring because this place was so sketchy. Will not be back.

Would do 0 but don't have that…read more I would not recommend this RV park to anyone. The owner is never on-site, and the management is absolutely terrible. The place is littered with dog poop everywhere, making it unpleasant to walk around. There are abandoned RVs throughout the park, giving it a rundown and neglected feel. To make matters worse, people park in your designated spot without any consequences, and management allows others to move your personal property without permission. The so-called manager and co-owner are unprofessional and do nothing to maintain order. If you're looking for a safe, clean, and well-managed RV park, this is NOT the place for you.

The owner was extremely helpful and understanding of our changing situation. We were able to pay with our card, which is a huge plus for me. The spot is a caliche lot with plenty of parking. They have WiFi and you get your own router for a fifty dollar deposit. We had to reset it once a day, but we were able to stream Netflix just fine. As soon as we left, we got our deposit back. We would definitely stay here again.
