One - often the washing machines and/or dryers are out of service and with a family of six that can be frustrating. Two - the water was shut off one evening and there wasn't communication to the tenants affected and did not end up getting resolved until almost midnight. Given it was 40 degrees, I wasn't going to take myself or my toddler and infant to the showers available within the park. Three - we had an issue with a VERY rude employee but luckily her poor behavior was addressed and is no longer an issue. This was a HUGE step up from the park we stayed in previously and I will definitely be back to bring my boys in to visit because they love everyone.

The park overall is ok. There were many tenants there that had things in their lots like workout benches, junk and furniture. There was a business across the street on the back of the park that had a high pitch beep that went all day and night, I could hear it while in my trailer with the doors and windows shut. Nothing agains the park. but there were tenants there with political flags and confederate flags that I found offensive. Overall it was a nice park, due to COVID I didn't get to see any of the amenities besides the dog park. area which was very small but nice. there was one. We have ATT and 2 bars of service, 3 outside. The worse thing I can say is... people pick up after your dog in the dog park please! We had the breaker flip a couple of times. Called the office and maintenance was here in 15 mins to check and fix. No problem since. We are actually still here (7 day stay) so will update at the end.

Me and my parents attend online college and we had no internet service, the internet network they provided us with was the slowest internet I've ever used. The laundry room was a shed with no doors on it and it looked quite scary due to the fact that their are rattle snakes here. The dog park fences are not stable at the bottom so dogs get out of the dog park all of the time. That hasn't been an issue until recently. They have allowed two aggressive pit bulls to live here and one has bit 3 people in the park but since the pet owner with friends with the managers of the park there is no consequence for them. The other one bit my husband the other evening when he went to secure the dog park fence because it wasn't latched properly (poor design) and he wanted to protect the 7 kids playing at the park at the time, which is connected to the dog park. The owners gave them a warning and no other actions were taken. We could deal with the terrible wifi, awful bumpy road getting in, only 3 working dryers and no hot water allowed to wash clothes, but now that there are dogs allowed here that have to go through the kids playground to get to the dog park that have bit people living here, it is no longer safe to be here. So again, if you are thinking about staying here and you have children, DONT! These Pitt bulls could literally kill your children in an instant and the owners could care less about the protection of your family. We will be moving ASAP.

I just see past her bullshit, and one thing about me is I'll call you out on it and won't dumb myself down to fit your simple mindset. I'm only "aggressive" with people who choose to play silly games when it comes to my family or myself. Worry about why we haven't used the dog park in 3 months bc your black haired dog drags his ass across the ground as if he has a worm issue. (Caught on camera 3 different times) Worry about washing your laundry in a  timely manner so others in the park can use the facilities. But I do get why you'd be embarrassed I placed your clothes in your basket. If I was washing my partners work clothes (4 pairs of jeans) mixed with towels, plus your clothes, and the machine was FULL to the top, surely none of it was cleaned. Probably why all your dogs hair sticks to the inside of the machine.. But instead, you're braiding someone's hair you warned my husband about their kids having lice when we moved in and for our kids not to play with them at the park.... Very weird behavior!! They stayed in constant connection with me assuring that my spot would be there for us when we got in. I felt bad because it was a late check in.
