The staff is never in office during hours to pick up your mail. When they are in office you have to clap your hands to get attention so they will look away from their phone. It ridiculous! Don't not stay here, better to just boondock at Walmart no lie!

One - often the washing machines and/or dryers are out of service and with a family of six that can be frustrating. Two - the water was shut off one evening and there wasn't communication to the tenants affected and did not end up getting resolved until almost midnight. Given it was 40 degrees, I wasn't going to take myself or my toddler and infant to the showers available within the park. Three - we had an issue with a VERY rude employee but luckily her poor behavior was addressed and is no longer an issue. This was a HUGE step up from the park we stayed in previously and I will definitely be back to bring my boys in to visit because they love everyone.

If you have small children, there is a downside, they're expanding and the construction is noisy during the day. Also, this park is all dirt and rock, so no grass for your kids to play in and there are stray dogs that run around and will leave waste in your yard (which you will have to clean up yourself) They're dog friendly, they have waste bags for you to use on the side of the office, their prices are good for the area and the location is close to a lot of businesses that are convenient for you and your family.

Curtis, John, and Lynn were able to help us with installing a new 15k ac unit on the same day as requested. We have a bulldog so things like that are extremely important. They also came to us! They showed up…read morewhen they said they would, fixed the low pressure front yard station and non functioning back yard station that I called them to fix. But then, they identified several other issues - water main only 1/2 ON, leaking underground pipes, back yard valves with no covers (and one under a poured patio!) and some heads that weren't doing the job. They told me what problems I had, told me how much it would cost to make right (VERY reasonable) and set to work doing the work with no wasted time or effort. The work was done extremely well - on budget - and my front and back lawn sprinklers are now working as they should have when first installed. Fixed front and rear stations, leaking pipes, head replacements and construction of a new back yard valve and sprinkler location - five hours, $500 labor AND PARTS! VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE AND DONE RGHT! I greatly respect Johnny and Billy for their integrity, work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Need sprinkler repair or new construction? He stated that the problem on this washer was the basin shocks were bad. He stated the parts were no longer available. His recommendation would be to replace the washer, and he had 2 for sale. His first lie was that parts were not available. PARTS WERE AVAILABLE...Internet search found MULTIPLE parts available. To include Amazon. I ordered the OEM parts, and should arrive today. I told the Tech that the issue was probably the shocks on the tub according to the troubleshooting manufacturers page (Samsung) The reason I called this company was I am not physically able to move the washer or anything having weight. Service did not meet basic needs of service call. Only solution was to replace washer less that 2 years old with parts that were easily available. Not happy with service, and feel I was taken advantage of.

Rusty talked her through the whole situation over the phone and came out that afternoon to inspect. Rusty is very knowledgeable and during the estimate he spent a great deal of time inspecting the home and giving us our options. Rusty also took the time to explain how to get rid of the bugs and we never felt like he was trying to pressure us into any particular service. After we decided to spray her room, Rusty came out with his assistant and they took care of everything for us! They went above and beyond to take care of my daughter and I am so thankful. Our apartment complex had another man come by to inspect around the same time Affordable Pest Control came out. Not only were his prices higher but he did not fully inspect the house like Rusty. I will only be using this company moving forward because they are very knowledgeable in their field and also very hard working. It has been several weeks and we have had no problems! New this year is an inclusion program for special needs children which is such a blessing to this community and a wonderful gift for parents of preschool aged children with special needs. My child learns core skills along with extras like Spanish, technology and food projects. The teachers are kind and friendly and the director is easy to approach and professional. CLC also offers a summer program 3 days a week which keeps little ones involved with friends and active learning. Best decision we could have made for our family!

The park is conveniently located right off the frontage road and is gated for added security. The facilities were clean, well maintained, the gravel sites, while close together, offered full hookups for our Class A 50-amp motorhome. We stayed at corner site #57, which gave us extra space and a very nice, relaxing view of the ranch land with nothing but oil rigs in the distance. Everything worked as it should, making for a smooth stay. We'll definitely be staying here again next week when we're back in Odessa.

We did try out the pool, boy howdy was it refreshing (cold) for the first of August, it truly surprised us both, most of the outdoor pools we've experienced while in Texas this summer have been coolish/ lukewarm even but this was chilly. The RV park location (close to the highway) was surprisingly quiet, except for the occasional train going by, all the residents seemed to follow the speed/noise rules making our stay enjoyable. Wendy Lynn at the office was polite & helpful offering assistance if needed. We truly enjoyed our stay minus our trailer issues. Thanks Park Place RV.
