Do Not Waste Your Time…read more I saw a Ford Ranger on their lot while driving home. I decided to stop and look at it. There was a single orange cone in the center of the entrance to their lot. I figured it was there to separate entrance and exit. I pulled into the lot and got out to look at the Ranger. I thought it was in pretty decent shape so I headed back to my truck and was going to come back later in the afternoon with my son to let him look at it. While I was heading to my truck some guy (the owner?) comes out of the building and starts yelling at me about driving past the cone. I apologized and informed him that I would leave. Then he made some smart a$$ed remark that it looked like I was leaving anyway. He lost a potential sale because I planned on bringing my son back later to look at the Ranger. This guy knows nothing about common courtesy and treating potential customers with decency. Also, 1 cone does not signify blocking a 20 foot entrance. Put up more cones or a ribbon or a sign if you don't want anyone pulling into the lot. One more thing, don't be such a D1CK to someone that may be interested in purchasing a car from you, you had no idea I was planning to come back. I'll never buy anything from ACE motors after this encounter. You should change your name to A$$ Motors.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews about this dealership. My "EXPERINCE" with them was 100%…read moreoutstanding! I live in Wash DC and bought my wife a new 2025 Buick Enclave here in the Washington DC area. The SUV came without a towing hitch. My local dealership kept giving me the run around about getting one. I was at the two-month mark with no resolution. I called Londoff Chevy and spoke with "RON" in their parts department. He was the kindest man and helped me cross reference our VIN # against the Hitch product Number to ensure we had the right part. He had his group go pick the towing package and wrap it up for shipment all in "ONE DAY"!!! That is customer service! Ron you are a good man and my wife, and I so appreciate you getting us squared away. Semper Fi Vic !

Working with this dealership has been an absolute nightmare, and I would not recommend it to…read moreanyone. I dropped my car off on June 25. At first, everything seemed normal. I received an email confirming my vehicle was being inspected and that someone would contact me. Todd Hoeferlin was assigned to my vehicle and called within a day or two. He informed me that the issue involved water damage, that repairs could be extremely expensive, and that the vehicle might not even be repairable. While I was not expecting the damage to be that severe, I asked what my options were. Beyond attempting repairs, I was told I could either sell the vehicle to the dealership or trade it in toward a new one. Initially, the dealership was very responsive when I asked about selling the car. One employee offered me $5,000. However, after I mentioned that I wasn't sure I wanted another vehicle because I didn't necessarily need one, I spoke with a different employee who lowered the offer to $3,000. That was my first red flag. When I decided I wanted an actual repair estimate before giving up my vehicle, the problems began. I repeatedly contacted Todd for an estimate and left numerous messages. He finally returned my call in mid-July, apologized for the delay, and promised to follow up. He never did. On August 4, I spoke with his manager, who explained the situation with my vehicle and recommended that I involve my insurance company. He provided guidance on what information to share, and I followed his instructions. However, the insurance company later informed me that Todd was telling them something completely different from what the manager had told me, resulting in the claim not being covered. I did not learn this until September 21. The insurance company also told me that this service department has a reputation for poor communication and delays in completing work. Based on my experience, I have no reason to doubt that assessment. To make matters worse, Todd reportedly told the insurance company that I had essentially abandoned my vehicle. My call logs and records show the exact opposite. I was constantly calling for updates and rarely received a return call. I spent months chasing information that should have been proactively provided. After all of that, I finally got my car back only to discover that the window no longer goes up properly. At some point, the vehicle appears to have been covered with plastic while they were testing it or attempting to prevent additional water intrusion. Regardless of what happened, the vehicle was returned to me with additional damage that was never disclosed. The lack of communication, conflicting information, failure to follow through, and apparent damage to my vehicle turned this into one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After I had no interest of selling them my car or buying a new one, they no longer cared about customer service or helping me. This place was an absolute nightmare to deal with. I would strongly encourage anyone considering service here to look elsewhere
