On top of that - I can be very annoying with my anxiety, because as many know, car repairs cause immense financial stress, especially for a young adult like myself just coming into financial health. They will NEVER do a repair that doesn't need to me done, or upsell you without consent. This should be baseline, but I've experienced this so many other places, especially in Kirksville. The price of replacing my radiator had me feeling physically sick for days because I had no idea if it would total my car or not. They worked around the budget that I had said to find the most workable price for me, and then when my transmission shot in my car 2 weeks later, they found a way to connect a minor transmission repair to my radiator and gave it to me for free. Saving me, what could have been, 100-1k at other stores. Their customer service is off the charts, very knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to bring my car here for the coming years.

Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Zane came outside immediately, checked my oil, and then offered to run diagnostic codes on the car. He took the time to explain the report, reassured me that the car was safe to drive, and--with absolutely no pressure--simply asked whether I'd like to schedule an appointment to have it checked further or wait to see if the issue happened again. When I offered to pay, he told me there was no charge. I even tried to give him a tip to buy lunch, and he politely declined, saying the only thing he wanted was for me to tell others about the business. Service like this is incredibly rare these days. I wish I lived closer, but I'm honestly considering making the 40-minute drive to have them become my regular mechanic because trustworthy, honest shops like this are hard to find. I can't recommend Master's Touch highly enough. If you're looking for a mechanic you can truly trust, this is the place to go!

We unwisely let them try again under their one-year repair warranty. Total brakes failure again within 20 miles. They offered- laughably- to try a third time. No refund, of course. Another shop fixed our brakes with none of the problems Master's Touch told us caused the repeated failures. Meanwhile, they demanded $300 to replace our battery, asked $200 for a "hard to find" license plate mount for my kid's car ($20 on amazon), and took weeks to turn over the money they got when they sold her wrecked car for us. Do not trust these clowns or their warranty.

I recently had some costly repairs done, the prices were comparable to other places. An out of town mechanic put aftermarket alternator on my vehicle a few years ago, and unfortunately it was not compatible, and the only warranty offered was for another aftermarket part, which was unacceptable. These mechanics know what is needed and make the right decisions for your specific car. I had no other issues with the alternator, and am confident that the recent replacement part of the crankshaft and its components will be reliable as well. Our truck also gets serviced and repaired at Autotech, and no problems. A loaner was provided at no cost, and they have provided transportation when needed as well. I recommend this business often because I've never had any problems.
