My exit was handled very badly, my cancellation document, which I signed and have a copy of, was never sent to the insurer, so weeks later I had to call the insurer directly and get that taken care of myself. But this wasn't the only time, many times in the past I could never get my agent to call me back. I guess she was off chasing big commercial real estate deals, and we private homeowners are too small to care about? Well, the relationship is over now, and I'm glad to have EVERYTHING at one place, where I can look at it one one phone app.

The inspection was not even ordered by us, it purely benefited the insurance company, why should we pay in this situation. Also no refund of the agent fee either. What is worse is that the agent will not do anything but just let you deal with the insurance back & forth. If i can give zero star, i would.
