This mistake cost us hundreds of dollars and created completely avoidable stress during an already high-stakes process. What made this situation even worse was her behavior before and after the error. She repeatedly talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and failed to listen when I tried to clarify details--details that would have prevented this mistake in the first place. When I finally called her out on the error, she took zero responsibility. Instead of owning the mistake or offering a solution, she became defensive and unprofessional, telling me "this is my agency, I own this, and you can't escalate to management." That response alone speaks volumes about her accountability and customer service standards. If you value: * Accuracy * Professionalism * Being listened to * An agent who takes responsibility for their mistakes Do not use this broker. A basic error like an incorrect address should never happen, and the refusal to own it afterward is unacceptable

I was a customer for years, but they were never able to even come close to the auto rate offered by Progressive, but then when an Allstate bundle beat what I was paying for auto at Progressive and homeowners through Suzanne Brown / Texan, that made me decide to leave both of them. My exit was handled very badly, my cancellation document, which I signed and have a copy of, was never sent to the insurer, so weeks later I had to call the insurer directly and get that taken care of myself. But this wasn't the only time, many times in the past I could never get my agent to call me back. I guess she was off chasing big commercial real estate deals, and we private homeowners are too small to care about? Well, the relationship is over now, and I'm glad to have EVERYTHING at one place, where I can look at it one one phone app.

I decided to do some more searching on my own and found statefarm to be cheaper and have more coverage. We changed coverage to statefarm. The statefarm agent asked them to cancel our service. Linda Sexton told him that we planned to make many claims and advise him against insuring us and they did not cancel our travelers insurance. We ended up on the phone for hours trying to cancel this service because they did not cancel it. Beware they are deceitful and liars and I have the bills and emails and everything to prove it.

Recently, I had to visit the AAA office because a family member used my companion membership excessively and caused charges. I got charged 4 time at $100 each because additional member in the family can only use twice in a year on the Classic Membership. Four hundred dollars is a lot of money to me. I came to the office few weeks ago to inquire about how to remove her from my account. The lady behind the counter seemed to be a new-hire. She had to ask her coworker and printed out a summary from her screen. She gave me a paper with highlights of 4 $100 items. At that time, it was only a $200 bill. Of course, I was puzzled with $400 but my bill was only $200. I wanted to get an updated bill, but they don't provide me one. So, I went home to pay with a customer service representative. That call took over an hour because they can't find my Texas membership and kept denying me even existed. Yeah. I started my AAA Membership in California. Then, I moved to Hawaii. About 18 years ago, I moved to Texas. Whenever I call, it kept referring me to my Hawaii membership. "Sorry sir, your account is cancelled." WHAT??! I was furious. So, I came back to the office again. This time, I talked to an experienced agent on the counter, Paul (I hope I got his name right). He broke things down to explain the details to my satisfaction. Prior to stepped into the office, I had very low expectation and about to postpone my membership if they want to charge me again. End result, I think I am going to move my insurance policies to AAA.
