I appreciated how quickly they sent an invoice with a breakdown of the cost for my review and for my records. I paid with a CC through an online website. On the day, about 25 minutes before the scheduled pick up, the tow driver called to confirm address for pick up (McDonough) and address for drop off (Decatur). He gave me an anticipated time of arrival based on GPS so I could be sure to have the car and extra key waiting. I got text alerts as well. The driver arrived promptly at the time he gave me. He took photos of the car before placing on the tow truck and took photos again once it was on there. It got dropped off to the body shop, easy-peasy. I would use again them again.

Now, I call and email and last week I came by in person as my brother in law is looking for a vehicle for his daughter. I've gotten zero response with my attempts. Today he asked me "I thought you said you have a guy there?" It embarrassed me to recommend and advocate with zero response. I am now trying to find my niece a vehicle as well as one for myself online. My reviews online in the car community, I've had to retract my recommendations. With that being said, the level of incompotence at this company is STAGGERING. The person who answered the phone didn't seem to have a clue. I was put on hold 3 or 4 times while she tried to figure out how to " get the computer goin'." Once she did, I told her exactly where I was. I told her which exit numbers I was between and I told her EXACTLY how far I was from the next exit down. I even provided GPS coordinates, and you don't get any more exact than that. They still couldn't find my car. Called them back the next day and had to give them ALL THE INFO they had from the night before. Then the new person who answered the phone says, "Last night you told the driver you were at exit 186." I say, "No. I said I was between 181 and 177, and I even provided GPS coordinates." The driver came out again, and THREE HOURS LATER we had to call them back, only to be told that the driver went to exit 186 AGAIN. When the right location was given to them again, the receptionist stated, "Well, the driver ain'tgonna be ridin' up and down the interstate lookin' for the car." GOD FORBID that a tow truck driver should have to do that, right? I later called another company, Mid GA Service Center. They picked up the car and delivered it in about an hour! What's more, they kept me informed as to what was happening and THANKED ME for my business! Imagine that!

I pulled over in the gas station and received help from two wonderful young men. We attempted to jump the battery. It worked but thankfully I followed my mind to let it run for a minute. Eventually it cut off. That's when the second person jumped in. They cleaned the filter. Then jump the battery again for a longer period of time. I felt semi comfortable so I decided to try my luck with my son following in his car. Low and behold it cut off on the side of the road. I called the Motor Club. Before I got a response on what company was coming and a ETA. This wonderful soul pulled up by the name of Michael. He jumped out the truck with a smile and was very professional as well as personable. We verified he was there for my car as that was too fast. You can never be too careful. He spoke with my husband and I for a minute. Then began loading the car. He verified the drop off location and took off. Before I could get home good and cover the bottom of the tub good my Mechanic was calling to let me know the car was delivered. He assessed the problem and Michael was on his way. I couldn't complete my bath until I spoke with his manager "Todd." The world can use a lot more of these young men. Kudos to you all.
