Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Lack of Professionalism and Failure to Follow Instructions…read more I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this towing company. I arranged this tow through my insurance company, and unfortunately, the experience was far from professional. My tow was completed first thing in the morning. Before I left my vehicle, I personally spoke with the driver and specifically explained that the keys needed to be handed directly to a service advisor at the dealership. The driver assured me that he understood and would do exactly that. However, later that afternoon, I checked the dealership's vehicle service app and noticed there had been no movement on my vehicle. It was around 4:00 PM--approximately an hour after my vehicle's scheduled appointment time--and there was still no indication that the dealership had received or checked in my vehicle. I immediately contacted the service advisor. He informed me that he had no record of my vehicle being on the dealership lot. He told me he would investigate and call me back. Approximately an hour later, the advisor called me back and explained that he had asked around to see if anyone had received my keys. He then had to search the dealership's 13-acre property to locate my vehicle. He eventually found it--but there were no keys with the vehicle. It was later determined that the keys had been placed in the dealership's night-drop box, with no information on the keys with the location of and who the car belonged to despite my explicit instructions to the driver that the keys were to be given directly to a service advisor. This resulted in unnecessary delays, confusion, and frustration. Had I not checked the service app and contacted the dealership myself, I have no idea how long it would have taken for anyone to realize where my vehicle was or locate the keys. Since this was done on a Saturday, I had to extend my rental an additional two days due to the lack of professionalism the tow driver had. I also spoke directly with the owner about the situation. I was told that his wife would contact me regarding the matter. It has now been two weeks since the tow, and I am still waiting for that call. There has been no follow-up and no resolution. To make matters worse, although my tow was first thing in the morning, the driver's appearance and overall presentation gave the impression that he had already been working for an extended period. It did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from someone entrusted with transporting a customer's vehicle. I understand that mistakes happen. What I find unacceptable is the combination of not following clear instructions, failing to properly communicate the vehicle's delivery, creating unnecessary delays, and then failing to follow up after the owner was made aware of the problem. Because this service was arranged through my insurance company, I will be contacting them to report this experience and strongly recommend that they reconsider using this towing company for their customers. When someone is trusted with your vehicle, you should be able to expect professionalism, proper procedures, communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, I did not receive that level of service.

Angels in a tow truck…read more I recently dealt with a car issue that left me on the side of the highway in a panic. Being an anxious, late in life driver, this was the last place I wanted to be or needed to be. Realizing that I didn't have roadside in my insurance plan, I did what any adult would do... I called my daddy. Although he's states away in Texas, we both worked together to find a tow truck and figure out my next move. (Honestly, he did most of the work while I stressed) Soon I received a text from my dad letting me know that I'd be receiving a call soon. When the phone rang, I was connected with Donna the dispatcher who gave me the heads up that her team would be on their way soon. I won't lie, it wasn't a super short wait in time or in my mind. But, it happens! At some point, a nice southern gentleman pulled over to help and actually towed me off of the highway just so I'd feel a bit safer. (Another angel because it was so dangerous out there!) Just a few minutes after I was rescued from the side of the highway I got a call from the towing team looking for me. My dad had made it very clear where I should be so I think they were a bit concerned when I wasn't in place. They met me at the gas station and it was such a quick process getting my car on the flatbed and my dog & I in the cabin. I'm so upset with myself that I don't remember the names of the two sweethearts that picked me up, I was so frantic and frustrated from the morning. But they brought me so much peace! We talked the entire 15min+ ride about the car issues, our love for our dogs and the amazing philanthropy projects they have approaching and how each of their trucks is in honor of a special cause. We got to the dealership safely and they made the pass off so smooth. Having to get a tow truck is never a fun situation I think, but it's much better when the folks behind the wheel are kind. Thanks again for making a crappy day a little better, and for facilitating a smooth save in Georgia with help from a great dad all the way in Texas.

We were so lucky to find these guys!!!! We were on our way home on I-75 from a 2 month road trip,…read moreand we blew the A/C compressor and some belts in the motor home... and you know how it is when you break down... so stressful and especially at night... and we were only about 4 hours from home!!! We called roadside assistance and they allegedly were going to send someone out, but they never came. My husband and I both called a ton of places and my husband found Keith from Buice's. They talked on the phone and then he came and took a look. By this time it was around 10pm, so he said we'd be safe to drive it to the shop, and we could spend the night in it and then he'd be there in the am. At 7am I heard wrenches going, and we were back on the road by about 2pm!!!! Everyone at Buice's was so nice and accommodating and their prices were awesome!!! I highly recommend them and wish we lived closer because I would bring all of our vehicles to them!!!

My car was towed to Buice's garage on Sunday morning. Mind you I stay in Atlanta which is a hour away. I called from multiple numbers to get my car no answer. When I arrived to the lot a woman was in the office and was so stand offish, mind you this is a business she did not greet us she looked irritated that we were in her presence. She made a call herself and literally said "come get them out my shop" when the police arrived he refused to write a police report said we had to go they literally knew the officer. Recently I was involved in a car accident, and first rate towing was amazing. John showed up to the…read morescene, my car was undrivable. I am not from the area and a had a month supply of belongings with me as I had been living in a different state. I was far from home with no one else who could meet me. John offered to drive me to a close hotel and then waited to make sure there was a room available and offered to continue to drive to different hotels in the area until a room was available. He then helped me unload my entire car, it was deemed to be totaled, with no complaints. He helped make sure I knew the next steps to file an insurance claim and what I needed to expect after that. I was able to take videos of my car and pictures, he was very understanding. This was a very overwhelming situation and he went above any expectations. If you ever need a tow or are in an accident 100% make sure these guys are the one to show up because not only will your car be taken care of, you will too as a person.
