Now, I call and email and last week I came by in person as my brother in law is looking for a vehicle for his daughter. I've gotten zero response with my attempts. Today he asked me "I thought you said you have a guy there?" It embarrassed me to recommend and advocate with zero response. I am now trying to find my niece a vehicle as well as one for myself online. My reviews online in the car community, I've had to retract my recommendations. With 300k + followers,I have never retracted a previous post. In 24hrs, there was close to 3000 people who live locally who gave me thumbs up based on my reviews. I used to be a Claims Adjuster with a major auto insurance company, so I'm VERY FAMILIAR with how setting up tow services is SUPPOSED to work. With that being said, the level of incompotence at this company is STAGGERING. The person who answered the phone didn't seem to have a clue. I was put on hold 3 or 4 times while she tried to figure out how to " get the computer goin'." Once she did, I told her exactly where I was. I told her which exit numbers I was between and I told her EXACTLY how far I was from the next exit down. I even provided GPS coordinates, and you don't get any more exact than that. They still couldn't find my car. Called them back the next day and had to give them ALL THE INFO they had from the night before. Then the new person who answered the phone says, "Last night you told the driver you were at exit 186." I say, "No. I said I was between 181 and 177, and I even provided GPS coordinates." The driver came out again, and THREE HOURS LATER we had to call them back, only to be told that the driver went to exit 186 AGAIN. When the right location was given to them again, the receptionist stated, "Well, the driver ain'tgonna be ridin' up and down the interstate lookin' for the car." GOD FORBID that a tow truck driver should have to do that, right? I later called another company, Mid GA Service Center. They picked up the car and delivered it in about an hour! To move the car into the driveway 10 feet away cost $175. It's truly sad the cost of business in this area. They don't care for the society in which they service. If you have another option use it. the worst customer service experience I've ever had. the dispatcher clearly dose not like her job and is rude and extremely unhelpful- bordering on purposefully detrimental. if the person working in the office has such an attitude I can not imagine that anyone working for the company would be much better. if they don't care for their customers its fair to say they don't care about your property either. read more

The worst towing company ever damaged my vehicle and now want call me back. Bbb rates d- They suck

If I could give 0 stars I would please no one use corner lot towing , they are a joke. Only after the money don't care about your feelings or your property. My husbands motorcycle broke down on the side of the road in April and to have it towed 10 minutes away didn't cost us anything because we pay for roadside assistance but in that 10 minute drive he laid my husbands bike on its side. When the bike arrived at the house it was damaged and on its side if it would have fallen the other way it would have come off the truck. All the driver said was I don't know what happened just call they will pay for whatever is damaged . So my husbands insurance called them. Corner lot proceeded to tel them they would like to handle it personally and not go through insurance for us to contact them. It's been since April I still haven't gotten it resolved so the other option is to pay my ded for the bike to get the damages that they caused fixed. It is completely unprofessional and I hope no one ever uses them again! The husband and wife are absolutely rude, unprofessional, and SHADY! Since they work closely with law enforcement they feel untouchable and do not do things to standard. They were threatening towards me and I had my 3 year old son in the car. They told me to pay in cash, but the car rental agent on the phone told me not to pay just to get my items out of the car, because the rental place is going to be charged regardless so they would have gotten paid twice. I hope whatever they're doing behind closed doors will be brought to light. Everybody's experience would be different, I just know that I felt very unsubtle dealing with these people as the husband came to me in a threatening manner when the wife overheard with the people in the rental agency said. The rental car company said that these people were shady and when I repeated it out loud they got belligerent. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn't even go down there alone. It is sad that people like this run a business and treat people any kind of way. if I was not on the phone with the rental car people I would have paid twice and they just would have pocketed the money. We also noticed that several things are missing out of the car. This could have been through them, do the people who towed it, or the other hands that touched it before we actually got our stuff., But when I was there they said that they were not allowed to go inside of the car yet in front of me they open the car and went through the things. I've never met a couple of individuals that were as rude and nasty as they were. because they know certain people mom enforcement there They feel like they can't be touch. I've always been told what you do behind closed doors will come to light. Was so many bad complaints, I wonder why butts county jail still uses them. I was a passenger in a vehicle that broke down 60 miles from our destination. Through Progressive Insurance we obtained roadside assistance from Corner Lot 24 Hour Towing. We were able to make payment through Progressive and that process could not have been easier. (It's to your benefit to keep track of your mile markers and/or closest cross-roads) The truck took longer than expected to arrive, but he stayed in touch to keep us updated on his ETA. The driver's name escapes me but he was friendly and stayed engaged with us along the way. He got us and the vehicle where we needed to go safely and with no harm to anyone or thing. A lot of my gratitude is to having a rescue from being stranded on a lonely stretch of highway. A good portion still goes to the serviceman who took care of us along the way. The vehicle wasn't mine so I didn't inspect it afterwards, but I'm pretty sure, body wise, it was in the same condition when he dropped it off as it was when he picked it up. Down-tick for the business to 4 stars for too few trucks/drivers available at a time. Up-tick to 4 stars for a service man who was attentive and did everything he could to keep us updated while we waited and who made sure we got where we needed to be without issue along the way. read more
