My SUV was a mess when I brought it in. It needed so much cleaning from my former smoking days (yes please don't judge) that I needed to get rid of the grimy interior like the indoor roof and area's near the window. Plus a few other hard to do spots. When I dropped off my SUV the staff was extremely courteous and informative. They gave me a walk through of the services they would provide and no BS pricing. When I came back to pick it up I almost didn't recognize my SUV. It was spotless inside and out. The leather seats were so clean I almost slipped off of them. The carpets were back to their original color and the car was like I just picked it up brand new. I am extremely impressed with the service, staff and results. This Auto detaii and service company IS as good as it gets. I came across them following a LivingSocial coupon deal for $109 for an automatic remote starter install. Spoke with Brian and with Mike who were both professional, intelligent, sharp, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. They told me upfront I would need another kit to bypass the chip in my key instead of luring me into the deal and throwing surprises at me when it came time to pay. I appreciate that, a LOT. Listen. They were done in less than an hour. My car was returned to me in better condition than when I got there. They're prompt, professional, courteous knowledgeable and honest. I was Referred to The Auto Club By a friend I had i 2004 Nissan Maxima That I was looking to Sell but it was big need of a deep Cleaning if I was Going to able to sell it and a good price. Stopped by during the week, got a quote and set an appointment for Paintless dent repair for a ding in my hood and ding with nasty scratch on my door. Dave gave me a very fair price and told me it would take an hour or so. Came in at the scheduled time, he got me right in, I sat in the waiting area, brought my laptop figuring I would get some work done while I waited. 5 minutes in, went outside for some sun for a minute, chatted with Dave's dad about a car he was building. Saw the hood was open with Dave working on that. He told me to come on over and take a look to see what I think....he was already done with both! He buffed out the scratches, took it outside in the sun, you would never know those dings were ever there. Friendly customer service with great work done. I am very happy with my experience and recommend Auto Club for anybody that needs a dent removed without the need to get insurance involved or a pricey auto body shop. Had my BMW detailed here using the 294 valued Teflon package that I got in Groupon. Dropped it off sat morning and they finished around 6pm at night. They did an awesome job inside and out and the car looks almost brand new. My only problem is if you look hard enough, you can see they missed a couple of spots on the seats. The Auto Club is a great business and this is my 2nd go-around with them. I had them install remote starters twice; first car was totaled in an accident recently and right after I bought my new car a Groupon became available for another starter YAY. Of course I called to see what I would need extra - there's a kit that has to be purchased to bypass whatever (I'm not a car buff or mechanic) but I knew that from my last starter so no problem whatsoever. The dealer would have charged me $300 for the same product and I probably paid around half that including the purchase of the kit. I had a 9am Saturday appointment on Memorial Day weekend 2016; I knew to allot an hour for the job, and they were done in UNDER 40 minutes. The owner is a very nice guy & showed me how to work it after it was installed, and the installer is equally as friendly. Of course I have the owner's manual for the starter but I don't need it - it's easy to operate. Totally happy with the service I've gotten BOTH times. Thanks, Auto Club! read more

Awful customer service. The groupon was an absolute SCAM. The man who answered was incredibly rude and difficult to talk to. For a push start car, it costs about $50 extra at any other place and they charge $300!!!!! They do say in the fine print that they charge more, but 5 times the average price- ridiculous. While I did not find any individual rude, I found their service anything but satisfactory. They did inform me they were reluctant to buff my car because it was a classic. However, they didn't tell me they weren't going to vacuum underneath the mats or the trunk. When I called them to render my feedback, they stated the car was "delicate". Really? Too delicate to vacuum under the mats? Can you come up with a better excuse! Mine was also a Groupon so I think they treat Groupon customers with less respect. The first thing they told me they only get $55 per car. If they had a problem with that, they shouldn't have engaged Groupon. Stay away from this place and take your money elsewhere. read more

After procrastinating for almost 5 years, I decided to finally get a remote start installed in my car. I found a groupon for their company and called ahead to see their availability. I spoke to an extremely nice and professional gentleman by the name of Dave. He was very knowledgeable and didn't rush me off the phone. He answered all my questions and assured me the job would be done right. I dropped off the car and their estimation of completion was on point. They called me as soon as it was done, which avoided leaving me without a car for a long period of time! I was impressed that the remote starter was a top-of-the-line brand name and my car was the same as how I dropped it off. I was truly impressed by this business and how smoothly everything went! Places like this don't come too often and especially in the automotive business. As a working mom of three kids, having something like this go without any hiccups is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend them! I had a GROUPON for this place to have a supreme detail package. This is the description: $99 for a supreme detailing package (a $249 value), in which a technician washes the vehicle's interior and exterior by hand, dresses the tires, vacuums the interior, and cleans tar from newly waxed exteriors. In addition, the tech treats paint jobs to clay and polish, and also performs a cleaning and conditioning treatment on interior carpets, seats, panels, and the trunk. First I had hard time to get an appointment. Second, the work that they did to my SUV was like a pay in a regular car wash. They supposed to do the supreme detail package. I didn't notice difference at all. Some window glass were not cleaned, didn't look like they did wax, they didn't put fragrance. I had experienced with Auto Image and this place do an excellent job. Brought my car to The Auto Club today for the Teflon Package Detail. Originally price is $300. I am beyond upset with the service/customer service I recieved. I picked up my car and noticed that it looked as though I went to a quick 10 minute vacuum and window wash drive through care wash. None of the compartments were cleaned, the seat track was not touched, i asked about the ceiling of the car, Steve, "The Manager" said they DO NOT touch the top of the inside of the car. Extremely upset with having pay $99 for a car wash, and an additional $7.49 for tax that your not told about until you pick the car up.. I called and spoke to Steve and told him I was really unhappy and that my car was dirty in certain areas, he than went on to tell me how my car is disgusting and was very rude and unprofessional. He told me that I would not get my money back because the services were already performed. I tried to explain to him that the car seemed like it was vacuumed and a little shampooing on the floors and seats. I asked for the owners name, he hung up on me. I will carry on with sending a letter and pictures to the BBB and hope that no one falls for any of there Groupon Specials, and DEFINATLEY DOESNT PAY FULL PRICE! read more
