Contacted flash sanitation in regards to pumping the tank at which time flash sanitation wanted to charge a full charge for pumping said tank. Flash sanitation was unwilling to alter their price given they had sent the router company first. This is nothing more than a ploy to see how much money can be obtained from a customer. I would rather do business with someone that is reputable and understanding than a money hungry one.

When I first got there, Brea along with her makeup artist were so welcoming and sweet! I instantly felt comfortable and ready to do the shoot! Once we finished with hair and makeup, Brea helped narrow down my outfits and we got to the best part! Brea was so professional, yet sweet and comforting the entire time! It was like having my own personal cheerleader every time she snapped a picture! Afterwards, Brea uploaded all the photos to her computer for us to go over, and let me just say, I was STUNNED! The pictures are absolutely beautiful!! Now the battle was narrowing down which ones I wanted to keep, and I commend Brea on her patience while I struggled with that task Bottom line of this review, if you're contemplating this experience, go ahead and just DO IT! The ground are lovely. Grass is well kept, gazebo sets at the edge of a well kept pond and the parking is sufficient. The handicap accessability is seriously lacking. For ANYONE with physical limitations, including the use of cane, walker, wheelchair, or who has limited mobility but drives themselves, it's miserable. The hill from the parking lot to the entrance is very steep. The interior is quaint and the staff is courteous. The room (s) are adequate and have a beautiful view. The food is sub-par (at best). We tasted it prior to the wedding and were assured the poor quality then was not representative of the food served at events - yet, it absolutely was. At 20+/plate I would expect far greater than what was served. There was not one entre sample worth eating, which was quite unfortunate. For those interested in The Silo, I strongly recommend eliminating dinner as it's a waste of money. Be aware, NO FOOD is allowed unless it was prepared there. This is a true shame as the Grill House always has excellent food.
