Due to promptness of service, the flowers were delivered as requested--a week early. When I discovered my mistake, I reached out to the customer service and shared my error. I asked if there was any way to preserve the flowers for a week. The owner followed up and graciously picked up the flowers and offered to remake and deliver in the correct date. The owner did not have to do anything. They fulfilled their end and did it well. However, they went an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. In a day when supplies and staff are limited, it is rare for an organization to even fulfill requests, never mind going above and beyond. I appreciate Patrice (the owner) "seeing" the customer and the need and responding like a human. Greensmith Floral has a customer for life. And the peace lily was not even opened. We will no longer do business with this florists ever again.

You have to trap the males to stop the breeding cycle which takes months using pantry moth traps. Insecticide didn't work. Orkin didn't work. We had to toss everything in our pantry, seal all crevices, and repaint and it still took months because they got behind the wall and behind our fridge. Absolute nightmare. Horrocks is aware that they are infested with them and will not do anything about it. I used to love Horrocks but now I avoid it like the plague. I posted about it on a local FB page when it happened asking for ideas o. How to get rid of them and learned that several people got pantry moths from Horrocks too.
