This jewelry store has always been so convenient for my family and I. Growing up in Arnold whenever we needed repairs or gifts we could go to Traynham's. The owners are so friendly and so nice and are wonderful at helping you find just what you need. Their store, while small, is filled with beautiful jewelry! The diamonds sparkle like no other. I brought a few aquamarine rings to them that were my great grandmother's. They were tarnished, dull and didn't look like they'd ever come back from it. They assured me they could fix them up - and let me tell you it was worth taking them in. They look amazing. The owner is so kind. We're a lesbian couple and there was zero discrimination. We first bought our rings at Kays and no one made us feel appreciated for our business. They told me it'd take weeks to have them resized too. We took them and gave these guys a call. After talking with him for less than 5 minutes, we took the rings back to Kays and did our business with them. The rings were the same but obviously better made. He ordered them the right size, and he made us feel completely welcomed, like he truly appreciated our business, and was happy for us on our special day.
