NOW -Rating them poorly and as an unscrupulous business, because they did not fulfill the $15.00 off that they (as of this date-11/28/22) have on their website to refund $15.00 off for a review and repair. Spent almost $100.00 and they denied it was their website even though their address is clearly shown and then said they wouldn't honor it because it was a Covid promotion. I needed a new crystal for my Pulsar watch as the crystal had two large cracks in it. My regular watch repair person did not have the crystal in stock and told me he would need to remove the old crystal to get the exact crystal measurements so that he can order the proper new crystal. In the process the old crystal would break and I be without the watch for roughly 10 days to 14 days. It is the only watch that I have so I called two other jewelry watch shops. The first told me they did not have the crystal the second was CJ's shop and he told me he probably had it in stock. CJ was professional form the beginning. Pleasant and helpful. On the phone, he gave me directions to his shop in the Annapolis mall. The Annapolis Mall is huge so that was very helpful from the beginning. I got to his shop he had the crystal in stock.and replaced it in 30 minutes. Pricing was reasonable as well. An excellent business and outcome from my perspective. Well the $50 replacement band I bought fell apart in less than two months. I should've known better when I walked in this joint. No organization and the owner was telling me everything I touched looked good and was nice. I eventually bought a Hirsh replacement strap for my Tag. All well and good until I bring it back in pieces after about a month. Husband starts a half ass repair with discarded old watch band parts. I laugh and tell him just replace the band. He gets mad, wife gets mad and now they want a receipt and they don't remember me. Well you started working on things a half second ago but as soon as I don't accept your jankiness you don't remember me or this band that came out of this big ass display on your counter. Smfh. Very pleasant and professional service. Was looking around for a watch place to adjust the links on my new watch and found CJ on Yelp. Initially thought it's going to be pricey since the establishment is located inside the mall but I've never been so glad to be proven wrong. He explained that the fee varies from the brand/type of watch, and for my Michael Kors bracelet watch it would be about $12 to take out the excess links. He was ever so patient--I tried it on twice before we got to the correct size. Will definitely be my go-to place in our area for my watch/jewelry repair needs! read more

This repairman ruined a $400 gold plated bracelet by over buffing. He buffed such a large area I felt he should have looked at it and stopped at some point. I calmly asked for a $10 refund for the $40 charge he said it was my fault for not telling him it was gold plated, but I believed a $10 compromise was a good one. I handed him another watch for a battery replacement and he refused to replace the battery and said he would not ever accept work from me again as it was his house rule. I really wish my watches--all of them--were wind-ups. But, they are not. So I have a bag full of watches that all need new batteries. When my final two watches blew out the batteries, I figured that I better at least get those replaced. I had tried the other places in the mall at previous times without much desire to return. I was pleased to find this little place. The shop keeper was very agreeable. He took my watches and switched out the batteries quickly and without all the fake fanfare that the other shops usually pull. (Plus, he didn't charge $21 per battery promising that if it dies in a year, bring it back with your receipt for a "free" switch out.) He changed, sealed, set the time, handed my watches back, and gave me a "frequent watch battery" card that if you do so many, you get a free one. That's great. My 30-year old Seiko needed a new crystal. Other places needed between 2-4 weeks to send it out for repair. They had an equivalent crystal in stock and replaced it in an hour. They even called my cell to tell me it was done. Courteous and attentive they saved me a ton of time. read more

I brought 2 rings in to habe them repaired. One of them snapped the 1st day i wore it. O didn't have an issue with that, I figured i would bring it back to have it fixed. When i did, i was accused of lying about this ring being repaired at this store. He tried to tell me he didn't see the spot where it was repaired and that he didn't remember the ring. I explained that i had brought it in with the other one and even mentioned details about that day. He treated me like a thief and acted as though i was trying to swindle him. I am extremely disappointed and will not bring any more jewelry here. read more

Great prices and friendly service. I've been to this shop several times and each time was a pleasant experience. I had batteries replaced for my two designer watches and had a watch strap adjusted. The service took about 15 minutes on the same day. The owner was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly answer my questions.
