Trying to use their internet billing services is time consuming, fustrating and fraught with errors. The system insists that I am already signed up for payments which I am not. It won't allow me to create a password and repeatedly states I am to receive an email on resetting the password ( which I never created yet ) AND NO Email has ever arrived. No resolution to date and a yearly bill that is nearly double the Briscoe bills of just a few years ago!!! Furthermore just heard a recording that any call off hours starts @ a $600.00 charge. Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy.
