We had no idea where to take our BMW, so after a little Googling, we decided to give the local Big O Tires a try. Before we had even fully stepped out of the car, a friendly young man from the open service bay greeted us and asked how he could help. We explained that our front-right tire had picked up a nail, and he immediately said he would get right on it. Inside, the two gentlemen at the front desk were equally welcoming. They explained that they would inspect the tire and let us know the cost once they had a better look. While we waited in the nice, cool lobby, they even brought us bottled water. Such a thoughtful touch! Thankfully, the tire was repairable. The technician showed us the nail afterward, and it was surprisingly long--we felt very lucky that he was able to fix the tire and get us safely back on the road. Then came the biggest surprise: there was no charge! That kind gesture may have been intended to earn our future business, and it absolutely worked. We will gladly be Big O Tires customers after receiving such prompt, friendly, and generous service. They even recommended a nearby Italian restaurant for lunch! The Lakeside location offers tire repair and other vehicle services, but what impressed us most was how genuinely helpful and welcoming everyone was from the moment we arrived. When you are away from home and something goes wrong with your vehicle, finding people you can trust makes all the difference. The staff was very friendly, the waiting room was clean, and the service was super fast. They found the nail and had the tire repaired -- we were in and out in just 20 minutes.
