Was in town for Fourth of July weekend and discovered a nail in my tire. I called Roberts Tire, and they got me in right away -- on a Saturday morning during a holiday weekend! The staff was very friendly, the waiting room was clean, and the service was super fast. They found the nail and had the tire repaired -- we were in and out in just 20 minutes. Other nearby shops were either closed or had long waits (up to 1.5 hours). Roberts Tire took care of us the second we pulled in. Highly recommend -- they really saved the day! read more

We had an issue with a camper tire, the valve stem was leaking. We contacted numerous mobile RV techs but none had followed up. This went on for several days. A fellow camper suggested Roberts Tire in Show Low. We gave them a call and they were here within an hour. The tech was outstanding and replaced all our stems with upgraded valve stems. It's not fun to discover a low tire when we woke up. We blew it up and took off to get it fixed. We stopped at a big chain tire store but the parking lot was full. I waited in line to find it would be a 3 hr. wait. I called another big chain and they had a 2 hr. wait. We decided to call Roberts's Tire Sales because Yelp reviews were good. They had an opening right then so off we went. We got there and they took us right in. We were able to be outside and still watch what was going on. They found a screw in the tire and were able to fix it. We were in and out of Roberts's in the time I waited in line at the other place. Service is excellent, they are very knowledgeable and prices were good. Their tires may be a little higher that the chain stores but they give you that in service! We had a flat tire on our golf cart. We ordered four new tires from a major online retailer. We called a local business we had used before and was told it would cost us $60.00 to have the tires mounted on our rims. Not acceptable. I called Roberts Tires and was told to bring them over and they would mount them free of charge. Took them over on a Saturday morning and in no time at all the tires were mounted. Free of charge. Tipped the fellow who did the work and headed home to get the golf cart golf course ready. We are going to need new tires for our travel trailer before our camping season begins and Roberts Tires will get our business! A true pleasure to do business with! read more

After making a few calls around the Show Low area, finally found a shop that would answer first off. And second had the space for a truck and 40ft toy hauler. Being a female driver with kids I was nervous going in, however they treated us so well. Repaired our tire that had an object in it on the toy hauler in less than 20 minutes and we were back on the road for the next camp trip. They also gave me a referral for a welder, as a mount on the toy hauler snapped. Very impressed by the customer service. We were out-of-towners (Los Angeles), and we were a little concerned about the condition of our tires for the long drive back.This isn't some grungy little shop hidden away in some corner of nowhere. The entire storefront and work areas are spotlessly clean (see my pics). The parking is super easy as well. The employees were polite, efficient, and *honest*, which is hard to find in LA. After a careful inspection, they informed us that the tires would be ok for another few thousand miles, *and* they didn't charge us a dime. Hard to find places like this nowadays, regardless of business type. HIGHLY recommended. read more

Yesterday I ripped a gash in a tire while off roading. Went to Discount Tires this morning thinking I would replace all four. I was there before they opened, but had no appointment. There were a dozen people ahead of me. By 0830 there were 20+ there, most with appointments. I went out and reviewed my remaining tread on the other three tires, and found lots of life left. I called Robert's Tires, about a mile away. They had my size in used tires. I went over, and waited for existing customers to wrap up their business. Roberts installed and balanced a good used tire, and said "be on your way - think of us when you get new skins" No charge! WOW!!! I tipped the tech $20 and thanked the manager. What great service! Great Service and Out The Door Quickly! I stopped in to Roberts tire in Showlow Arizona today as I was passing through and got a hole in my tire. I was greeted by the friendly manager from Phoenix at the desk who had his guy take the truck into the shop right away and fix it. I was back on the road and running in literally almost no time at all! They are building and shop area appeared to be very clean and organized which is always a nice thing to see. I cannot make any remarks yet about buying new tires here but I'm sure the experience would be just as good. I am definitely happy I popped in here to get my little tire fixed and back on my way. Best experience with my car tires and oil change I've ever had ! Spoke to Dave at the shop who ordered my tires which then called me back before it had even been 24 hours he said good morning your tires are here and we can replace them at any time you come in , No waiting for an appointment necessary. Granted it is slow at this time but he had all the guys working and kept them busy it was front door service the minute I pulled up . The guys all worked on my tires the oil change was done simultaneously in about 30 minutes I was already on my way . Wow this was VIP treatment . I sure did appreciate that type of care and attention to my vehicle needs . The lobby was spotless had a nice seating area , Tv's , a vending machine as well as hot coffee available. I highly recommend coming here for your car needs and will be a loyal customer in the future . Got right in for diagnostic tire service. Needed two new tires. This was Monday AM. Was told tires would be ordered and in stock Tuesday late AM and would be called when in. Tuesday mid afternoon I called the shop only to find the tire were not ordered but they would order immediately and would be in Wednesday late AM. They did arrive and I went to the SD hop for installation. I have a dually truck and the two inner rear tires were flat. When I originally ordered the tires I was told they would put the new tires on the front and move the old fronts to the rear. This is a normsl proceedure. About half way through the installation I realized the front of the truck never moved so I inquired why the new tires were not going on the front. I was told I didn't request this proceedure. The situat I on was corrected and all went well. If I return to t j is service center I will watch them like a hawk. I recommend that everyone be very specific as to what you expect. I suspect there was a lack of adult supervision at the time and the troops were just getting by. I will be alert in the future. I noticed they don't seem to write stuff down and a lack of communication is the result. Be alert. read more
