Sent in 144 beanie babies and 3 beanie buddies. Followed the instructions on the website and was able to fit all of them in an 18" x 18" x 18" box which I picked up from Office Depot. Super easy process, they emailed me the prepaid UPS shipping label within a day or two of submitting online. I will not send any items to them again. They said they mailed a check for the items I sent to them. I did not receive the check..I called the office and they told me that I would have to wait 3 weeks before any action can be taken. So I wait the 3 weeks. Who the hell ever heard of mail taking 3 weeks for delivery within the US. Seriously??? So now they are going to put a stop on the check and I have to pay the stop fee of $35. Really?? I don't know of any business that does that. On top of that the woman I spoke with was rude. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the aggravation...do not use these people. BEWARE!!! This company is FRAUD ESPECIALLY THE FAT IMBECILE CALLED DAWN!!! I found this website online and I decided to give it a try. The website claims to buy collectibles and luxury designers such as Louis Vuitton, gucci and much more. I have a Celine diamond clutch retail $2450 brand new with tags and dust bag and all. I called the number and a lady called "Dawn" answered, I told her I have a Celine purse that I would love to sell and she said " oh yes will buy and we are willing to pay half of the resale value on eBay . We fixed an appointment and I called before to make sure. I woke up at 6am and drove all the way to the office. Got in the building and the office was a hot mess. Two fat women sitting facing a 1990s computer- well, that was the first sign. I showed her the purse and she went in the computer scrolling through a bunch of website and said the bag is selling for $120 when it say right in front of me $1450. I told her she was looking at the wrong item because the owner said " faux Celine purse for $ 120. She said well I can offer you $75 we really only buy collectibles like beanie babies. I don't even want to give them a star at all! After making the appointment 2-3mths ago, I received a "conformation" just yesterday. I drove 2hours one way to hear that they are not buying dolls at this time and that the dolls (which consist of Madame Alexanders and Antique Hand made Native American Dolls and several Porcelain and Limited Dolls) were not worth anything. Without even looking though them at all! I confronted Brenda with the fact that I just drove 2hours AFTER getting a "conformation" yesterday. Though she tried very hard to convince me that she had tried to contact me prior I asked her why then did I have no problem receiving the "conformation," OBVIOUSLY she could get a message to my email! Great experience. Sold some crystal and glass items and they were very thorough in their review and pricing and explained process and how things were priced. I have sent four shipments to Treasure Keeper and am about to send my fifth. Shipping labels are emailed to me at no charge. They are courteous, respond promptly and I have always received payment when promised. As far as pricing is concerned, if you do your research you will see that the market for many collectibles just isn't what it once was. Treasure Keeper saves me the inconvenience of listing, monitoring, schlepping to the post office and dealing with customers on an individual basis and surely that is worth something. In addition I am downsizing and clearing space in my home that I desperately needed. My experience with them has been very positive and would highly recommend this business. read more

WHAT A SCAM OF A COMPANY, LIARS, CHEATS, ETC. I sent them 180 new beanie babies that had never been used, had original tags and kept in a sterile condition since purchase. I used a new shipping box with no odors, etc. Upon receipt they stated when opening the box there was an odor and the entire shipment had to be thrown away or returned to me for a cost of $150.00. This company needs to be sued for fraud and put out of business. I replied to them and never heard another word. When contacting them, they state check was sent and they are not responsible for postal service. Theresa at Treasure Keeper states must wait at least six weeks before they will do anything. My husband called and talked to lady and told him we had over a 100 collectible dolls, stieff Bears, amongst other collectible items. The lady said we take anything collectible. She scheduled an appointment for us with a lady named Dawn. Appt time slot was for a hour!!! So my husband called back and said are you sure that's enough time? As I said we have a rental truck full of items.... She said oh yes Dawn is very quick and efficient! Seeing as the appointment date was over month away we began to plan out the trip seeing as its hour and a half away. We pay for a rental truck, load it up and even called and made sure there would be someone there to help unload the truck the day before our appt time and was told of course we have staff here to help. Once we get there, the company sign is small and leaning against the building on the ground!!! I knew it was down hill from there! We walked in to a dirty office with dolls, and all sorts of stuff on desks food on desks like they weren't expecting us!!. We were greeted by a lady in a tank top and jeans who didn't even stand up and said how can I help you. We told her we had appt and then she proceeded to say you can start by bringing in your beanie babies.... We never said we had beanie babies I told her we have a truck full of dolls and other collectible items. She said we don't buy dolls...I tell her lady we have an entire truck full of them and bears why would we bring them if we weren't told you bought them! She then states will if that's the case I need more than hour. I said I agree !!! That's why we called back to make sure it was enough time and again was told yes!!!!she said bring in a few stieff Bears and we will look them up. She took the first one said on eBay this bear is listed for 82.00 and no bids are on it so we wouldn't really be interested it for more than say 10.00!!!!by this time I'm pissed by all we went through to get them down there. Then she said let's look what you have in the truck. She looks at several items I know sold on eBay for 300-500 not listed but sold and she said she be giving us 3-10 dollars a piece for. She then says even though I don't really have the space we will go ahead and unload truck and send you a check if you are ok with the pricing.... I said NO!!! We are not hard up for cash and will not just take anything when I know items are worth more than what you are offering not to mention you can't even give me an amount!!!you could send us a check for 200.00 when we have well over 50,000 worth and that's even low balling the prices of the stuff!!! She goes oh well then you are better off going with a different route proceeded to hand me owners card and said obviously there was communications error. You can call him and let him know what happened and that you are upset that you think you were misled..WARNING THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED. read more
