It was never transported. It was never stored. I signed paperwork that did NOT list a total price. Months later, I received a collection notice for $1,259.06 through a third-party debt collector. For a jump-start! No prior invoice. No four-figure quote. No explanation before being sent to collections. Charging over $1,200 for a battery jump -- without disclosing the amount at the time of signature -- is beyond unreasonable and Shady. Instead of addressing the issue directly, the company escalated it to collections. Consumers: demand a written total before signing anything. Get copies of every document! They told me they'd be happy to meet me at my vehicle - approximately 7 miles away from my own destination and approximately 7 miles away from their location in Garden City - at 7PM. 7PM came and I called. Bill told me the driver was en route and to call him in 20 minutes if they had not shown. I was a little frustrated by this as we had schedule a time but I understand, things happen. 20 minutes came and went and I called Bill as instructed. He gave me the 20 minutes line again. I told him I was frustrated by their poor communication and lack of respect for my time. Bill didn't care or even offer an apology - he made excuses and I told him I would rather give my money to someone else. At 7:26 I called Boise Valley. At 7:58 I had paid their driver (says my card receipt) as he had my car loaded up and ready to go by that time.

We got stranded in the mountains with no cell service and had to get a police officer to radio in a tow for us. The car we rented did not come with a spare tire so we were stuck! Andy showed up and quickly got us back to where we needed to be. The best part is that he fought for us when the rental company was trying to say they would not cover the tow even though they left us no option. He was extremely helpful during the whole process and an all around great guy!
