A neat little community thrift store. Most of their stuff wasn't tagged so I wasn't quite sure how much everything was. It was not high priced on the few prices I did see. I liked the artwork I took a photo of and probably should have bought it as it was well done but I didn't know how much it was. I bought a couple of paperbacks for $1 each and went on my way. Shopped at this business when they were located in Snoqualmie. Personnel were very nice and helpful at Snoqualmie location. Today, we visited NB store. You all need to make sure to tell your cashiers that they need to be friendly to customers even if they may be having a bad day. The cashier didn't seem to care about customers or working there. My experience with this particular organization will be different from the other reviews here due to interacting with them outside of their location. Today my daughter and I went to donate clothing to Value Village and a full sized boxed truck from Treasures in Heaven was in line in front of us. Once they pulled up to the unloading area it and started to unload in became apparent this was a loaded full box truck, unloading for well over 30 minutes while cars piled up in line and the driver and passenger did very little to assist in the unloading process while the entire VV team worked their butts off. I doubt the fact people are donating to this Christian organization and simply having it turned over to Value Village is what people donating are hoping for. This is also incredibly rude behavior on behalf of Treasures as the line is nearly out of the parking lot, people are abandoning the line foregoing donating. Many of the boxes are taped shut so the VV workers have to open them prior to accepting them slowing the process further. Treasures is dumping their unwanted inventory at the Issaquah Value Village, holding up the line, hogging up the employees and inconveniencing dozens of people simply trying to do a nice thing. I'm writing this review because I find this behavior extremely unbecoming of Treasures and likely deceptive to those donating there, furthermore it is inconsiderate on multiple levels. read more

This about our experience making a large donation to the store. We were cleaning out a relatives home with some old but very expensive furniture, new appliances, vintage items, clothing. We requested a truck pickup. The interactions with the owner's wife Lena before, and during the donation very rude, condescending, and disrespectful. They didn't even introduce themselves to me on arrival. When I am the one that contacted them. I doubt these people are Christians and I really doubt they are are giving the money from donation sales to who they say they are. DO NOT DONATE OR SHOP HERE! DISRESPECTFUL AND DISCRIMINATORY TOWARD PEOPLE OF COLOR!! DISCREPANCIES ON WHERE MONEY FOUND IN A CAMERA BOUGHT AT THE STORE WENT TO. SHADY AF. I would have thrown her out of the house if we weren't desperate to get rid of the furniture. I doubt you people are Christians and I really doubt you are are doing with the donations you say you are. They took most of the stuff we offered. She did cherry pick the stuff with only the things they can sell. Which is understandble. Even some items worth several hundred dollars she was going to turn down. We decided not to donate some more valuable pieces because of the disrespect and rudeness. Of which she did make another rude comment about. She made fun of the of the donor and the items they have. Be respectful of the decisions of donors to keep items that are on display.She didn't when she made a mistake than she made condescending comments as excuses . She was very rude after I mentioned Asian decor. Even said she can't promise to take the furniture I sent pics of because "the furniture is damaged and we have to pay to dispose of it". And after assuring her they are in like new condition practically accused me lying. She did end up taking almost all the furniture. I thought because we are people of color she talked to me in an abrasive and disrespectul way. There is definitely a pattern from previous reviews of offensive discriminatory behavior toward us colored folks. On another Yelp review someone found $5K in a camera, returned the money to the store. The money is legally belongs to the camera buyer. She did not have to return the money. They did not thank her or even ask her name. Here they claim that they gave the money to their aunt. (See Pics). In another review they claim they gave it to Planet Changer. (See Pics) Which is another sketchy charity that is registered to non another than Lena and Don. They probably kept the money for themselves!! Claimed it belonged to relative here and in another review says they donated it their own charity. Lies, lies, and more lies. Total BS. The buyer wrote a Yelp review that you didn't ask her name or Thank her. Multiple reviews about disrespect toward people of color. Multiple reviews about them being a fake charity on Google and Yelp, She is not a nice person and doesn't take accountablity for her horrible behavior. There are quite a few reviews about disrespecting people of color and not treating people like human beings on Google. They use their store FB page to post bad reviews asking for good (fake) reviews and possible harassment of the review writer. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !! read more

Excellent thrift store. The curated clothes section is great. Lots of art and home items.

I bought a vintage camera upon bringing it home. I found $5000 cash inside it. Brought the cash back to treasures in heaven and talked to the owner and he stated that it probably was a family members. He never said thank you or bother to learn my name. I came back to his store a week later and asked about it and he said that it was his aunts and bragged that she gave him $300 reward for his organization. Again he never bothered to learn my name or say thank you. I feel that he is not very gracious. I don't regret returning the cash, but I will not shop there ever again. read more

This is a really really awesome CLEARLY non-profit thrift store. So many thrift stores are capitalizing on the popularity of being thrift and charging big money--Treasures in Heaven does NOT do that, and on top of it they actually have a philanthropic mission and do great things with the money they earn. Incredible (and amazingly priced) selection of everything from yard tools, to jackets, shoes, CDs, DVDs.. christmas ornament display was phenomenal as well. Lots of great kitchen gadgets... I could go on and on. This is without a doubt the best thrift store we have ever been to, and one could make a strong argument for the best thrift store in the history of existence across all time and space. Seriously though please come here, find some awesome stuff at great prices and help support some awesome charities. read more

My wife and I stopped by from out of town on our anniversary trip and this was by far the highlight of the day on our first day out on the town. They had an amazing selection of items and fantastic prices- all were very nice and welcoming. They even had the good Crumble cookies to give to their guests just because. We had a talk with the owner and just enjoyed every moment in this shop! We highly recommend you visiting them- they are filled with love and you fill it all throughout the business.
