I had King Tree Service remove a huge dead Cottonwood tree and I could not be happier with their work. The crew - Bryce, Warren & Darrien - arrived on time, went over the basic process, worked around my inconveniently laid out backyard without complaint and left the area cleaner than they found it. The dead branches were hanging over the fence into my neighbors yard and he said they did a great job cleaning up on his side of the fence as well. The tree had grown completely against the fence and a few of the slats broke during the process. Those were replaced before they even finished the clean up. I'm not sure the damage could have been avoided considering the tree and the fence were basically married. I also wanted the stump cut to 10 feet, plus some specific branches saved and put aside. They did exactly what asked and didn't roll their eyes (at least not out loud ) Thank you for doing a great job and making the entire experience easy for me!

I answered, yes please. - In June I observed their crew at our immediate next door neighbors house spraying their trees. Figured they'd come here next? Not. Never came over? So I called. I was told, "Well the house you observed 'down the street' gets all three (3) spraying services. You only get The Broad Spectrum (?)." I answered, "Well, they are not 'down the street'. They are right next door. Who choose the one spraying service for us? Wasn't me." Then she goes, "I'm so tired of customers yelling at me. - I was new last year!" ????? I said, "Miss, I'm not yelling at you. Well OK then, let's just forget including the tree spraying portion of your services. Just cancel that, OK?" He went over each item with me and informed me of the benefits and problems involved, giving me great advice throughout the free estimate/consultation visit. Scheduling the work was handled via text and AJ was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. When the foreman and crew came out to do the work, they were all just as polite, friendly, and professional. They used a bucket truck to reach the tallest areas on both trees, consulting with us often to ensure they did what we wanted.
