Everyone there was so nice and loved mom from the minute she arrived. Jamie, Jennifer, Anna, Fred, Michelle, Kelly, Hana, Darlene, Sana. I just can't remember all their names and they were all wonderful, including mom from the very start. Thank you for easing my mind during this transition and caring for her. This was the best decision we ever made.

Barely there a month and had to go to rehab for broken hip for 3 weeks. Traumatic situation happen to her on a Friday and she died the following Thursday. I can't prove anything, but know in my heart she was neglected for at least an hour before she was found. She just couldn't recover from that terrible situation. Suggestion to the team, take a picture when an incident occurs to learn from it. Follow thru with night time protocols to protect them. Put bed alarms somewhere to be heard at all times. If that is impossible, have someone sitting in nurses station or in hear shot of the alarms. Our loved ones are already in a strange place and don't understand the things they are going thru whether it is Dementia, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's. Pay your caretakers more then $17 an hour. Especially when residents are paying thousands and thousands of dollars for care. You say you care for your residents.....

I hear from some Nurses Aides, that even when fully staffed according to Management...they can barely do the min Basic Care. and when someone calls in sick (almost everyday/shift) Then the already thin staffing are in Panic mode trying to do the best they can for the patients with extreamly low resources. Everyone suffers, Patients/staff...but Not managment.... at least this is how some people feel about this facility... Its a nice place with lots of potential.....But i dont think that management considers patient care 1st...

My family lives very close to the facility and someone in my family visits my Dad there on a daily basis. Every single time we have visited, we have had to work. We have had to either change my Dad's diaper, make up his bed or search for his belongings. We are not even able to visit!! We have found his bed made up with feces on the sheet, other people's sheets on his bed, and other patients belongings in his closet. My Dad had a tooth surgically extracted and was prescribed pain medicine and three days later we found out that they had not been giving him the medicine as prescribed! He was also given a special mouthwash and an electric toothbrush on recommendation of his dentist and the staff hadn't opened the mouthwash or used the toothbrush. On the day of his oral surgery the dentist informed us that his teeth had not been brushed! The staff were well aware of his dental appointment and asked to have him ready... I would definitely not recommend that anyone place their loved one in this facility unless you can be there daily to make sure they are being taken care of. When the unit Manager named Linda was made aware of all of the complaints she stated, "I don't know what to tell you!" So I made my complaints to the head administrator of the facility. This is the most expensive care in the area 5k+ per month and my family basically has to provide basic care to my Dad on a daily basis...
