He is very businesslike - shows up, mows, and leaves. He only mows and to my knowledge does not do any other yard work . He keeps the mower height at the correct value to avoid scalping my grass. I like to have a nice looking yard but dislike mowing and maintaining a mower so having someone like Dave do it for me is wonderful. His rates are very reasonable. They damage our shrubs, trees and turf on a regular basis, and I have yet to see them repair anything they damage. In winter, their trucks knock down street signs all over the development, damage curbs, and lawns with careless plowing. The picture below is of damage done to the lawn adjacent to my townhouse. The lawns are very obviously too saturated to use heavy equipment on but the Shwaders crews persist despite the damage they are doing.
