We made a polite call to the office to let them know what had happened and were told that they were very busy and it was hectic at the office, but they would get back to me when they could. I got an email saying that they had lived up to their side of the contract, and regardless of what we had asked for, it was not represented in the contract and if we wanted the job completed it would cost more money. I paid my bill but will not use this company again. They care more about catching you up in the small print and tricking you than running a customer service driven business.

Also, most major towing companies will bill you for the first 4 hours, then per day afterward (meaning for one 24 hour day, you will be billed for the 4 hours plus one day). Most people don't know this only because we are not involved in accidents often. Also, the spills are charged because they have to take special care when cleaning up a roadway other people are driving on. Regardless of who was at fault in an accident, insurance can pick all that up (and be reimbursed later by the person at fault). Ray Harris has always been professional when I've dealt with them and taken care of what I needed. I would definitely use them again.
