I was due for my next treatment in June, and it's now July. I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm not sure where the breakdown in communication occurred, but as a paying customer, I expected better service and follow-up. At no point was I rude or difficult--I simply had questions and concerns about my lawn and wanted to better understand the recommended services. Instead, I've been left without any updates or support. Because of this experience, I'll be looking for another lawn care company. I can't continue paying for services when I'm not receiving the level of communication and customer service I expect. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future customers, because my experience with the Troy, Michigan location has been very disappointing.
