T SU was hired by PG &E to cut down a large tree. They cut this tree before the Cable fire started, in July. The tree has never been picked up. In august I walked to one of the workers to ask for a number to get ahold of someone to pick up this downed tree. For reference, I just spent $2200 for a landscaping company to clean up my yard for fire season on July 3. As they were cutting down another tree at a different neighbors yard, we approached the general Foreman, who had us sign a form to pick up the tree STAT. He apologized that it was not picked up sooner. He mentioned the grappler truck was sent to Tahoe but it will be back in two weeks. I watched as my neighbors trees taken down were quickly cleaned up within a matter of days. Two weeks passed and the debris and tree were never picked up. It is now September, last week I called the foreman's number and he was shocked to find out it still was not picked up because he says he put in a STAT order for fire hazard to have it picked up. He mentioned after talking to the grappler that they were in Camino and it would be picked up in a day or two( this was Wednesday September 4th). September 9th I called the number I was given and asked for a date for this fire hazard to be picked up. He was unable to give a date or time and said he has done everything he can. He apologized again and was shocked to hear it hadn't been handled yet. I have called TSU and left a voicemail around 8am, it's now 4pm and never received a call back. I am trying hard to work with this company but I don't know why I am being treated unfairly and left with a fire hazard in my front yard. Attached are photos of my front yard currently. I have been calling this business for weeks and leaving messages with not a single call back. PGE marked a tree on my property in July of 2024 which needs to be removed and I have not received a single phone call about it from it. read more

TSU was completely unresponsive in dealing with damage they facilitated to my property. They cut trees on my property for PG&E, accompanied by salesmen for a company demonstrating a wood chipper. The salesmen destroyed a boxwood shrub on my property by carelessly walking over it, and I wanted to contact the company and ask them to pay for it. I sent repeated communications to TSU asking for the name of the company, but they have refused to respond. TSU is not a responsible business. Allow them on your property at your own risk. read more

TSU, a third party vendor via PG&E, is by far the WORST. They were on our property the week of August 25, 2025. The took down a tree. We noticed a lower water pressure but didn't think anything of it. They came back on August 29th to remove the debris. We lost all water pressure so we stepped outside and asked if they had turned our water off. They explained that they broke the water main (on Monday the debris was heavy enough to slow the leak but when they removed the debris the allowed all the water to flow. I asked if they had notified PG&E and EID (water company) and the response was a no. They then told us they were fixing it and I questioned if they were qualified to do the repair (ie plumbers). We made immediate reports to PG&E, EID and TSU. Before the crew left, they tried to strong arm us into not reporting. I made numerous phone calls and continued calling until I got someone on the phone. We were told a supervisor would reach out. A few days later he did stating he would text us the name of the plumbing company that would be out. That was over 3 weeks ago and we've not heard back. They won't call us back. It has now been over a month since they damaged our property. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't even believe in their own mission statement. read more

Yeah, Rebecca D. My issue is exactly like yours. At least you have someone to call. I submitted a complaint to PG & E. These people are THE WORST !!!! Left several messages on their site. I finally called and left a voicemail message. Someone called, I wasn't home, left a message that they would call back. That was a laugh!!! It's been 4 days and no one has called. Please stay away from this company. They sent their people to cut trees in our property under the PG&E contract. Our instructions and agreement is to leave our cut trees but they took all of our cut trees. Tyler Eridia and Tucker Benoit are the most useless people on this company. They tried to point on each other with no solutions. It's been 2 months now and they haven't returned our cut trees. Stay away from this company at all cost! read more

These people are horrible do not let them on your property. They cut down my neighbors tree and left a giant pile of someone else's tree trimmings on my property that they won't come and clean up I have complained to PG&E as well as the contractor multiple times and nothing. DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE ON YOUR PROPERTY! They are terrible! read more

Their team was here doing some tree work I asked them if they had chips they could leave and they said they did and would So excited - finally a tree finally to get some chips from! But NOOOOO they were not here even 45 min - finished their job and left - no "we will be back" "sorry we have another job". Nothing - just totally blew me off! TSU just completed the hazardous tree removal that PGE had started using Mountain Enterprises. Our property was left with numerous fallen trees and branches since August of 2022. TSU appeared in our district about 2 weeks ago. I was first contacted by John West of TSU. He went over the scope of removal and possible schedule. Within a week, Daniel Wellburn arrived with his crew and small tracked grapple. They did an excellent job of cutting logs to manageable lengths, gathering loose branches and staging by the road. The property is fairly steep and fronted by 2 roads. The piles were safely placed and identified with bright ribbon. Large grapple truck arrived yesterday and finished today. Not only has PGE protected their power lines, our property is now free of hazardous fire fuel. Thank you TSU. You have some excellent teams representing your company. read more

Had this company remove some large hazardous limbs. Not only were they the lowest cost,but by far the most profesional. Called one day and they were out at 7:30 a.m. The following day. These fellow came out and meant business. No fooling around. Cleaned up and were on thir way and very polite. I highly recommend this company. read more
