Approx 10 minutes later another individual came to my door more aggressively asking me to move my car to which I responded AGAIN that I would move it but that it would not be right that second. He began to argue with me attempting to intimidate me into moving my vehicle from a PUBLIC street. I let him know that their time frame was not my problem and that I had my own schedule I was working on to leave for work. He continued to argue with me, and then threatened me that he was going to have my car towed. I asked him if he worked for the city and he confirmed that he did not so I let him know that he could go ahead and do what he wanted. This crew is INCREDIBLY unprofessional and I do not take some guy trying to intimidate me and threaten me lightly. As a private company, you have ZERO right to threaten me that you're going to tow my vehicle from a public street. This is beyond unprofessional. This company will NEVER get my business and I'll be sure to pass my experience along to my friends and family. They explained everything well and kept me informed of what was going on. They had to work on it one day then the city had to clear their part then they came back and did a continuation. They were determined to not dig up the yard they could get it. They found a large cable and a spoon. It was full of roots and they got it flowing again. The drain itself had never been jetted before and it truly needed it. They offered and gave me a veteran discount off the price which helped with the cost. I was grateful to have found them.
