Roger has been taking care of my 21 Queen Palms for close to 10 years! Believe me when I say that there can be a lot of work to maintaining these trees. Thanks to Roger though, there really isn't. He keeps them trimmed up and the pods under control based on his expertise, timing and overall exceptional work ethic. My backyard has a lot of outdoor lighting, more than 50 sprinkler heads, seating for over 50 people. Nothing has ever been broken or ruined. Roger takes great care of my entire property and its contents. He has helped me plant other trees, move things, removed a few trees that lived out their life expectancy and has been really good to me and my yard. I would have liked to have given Roger a good review. We had him scheduled to come out yesterday at 9 am on June13th. We waited until 9:45 am and then we called him and could not leave a message. My husband called several times more and he left a message for Roger to please call and we never heard from him until 7 pm that evening. We called the first person on our list and are having him come out today. No calling is inexcusable. Too many good people who would show up on time are out there. read more

Aces in our book! Roger did a fantastic job of cleaning up our dwarf lime, palm tree, and our 60yr old apple tree that produces the best apples ever. Roger came out the same day we called to provide us with an estimate. Properly caring for our apple tree was our biggest concern as the tree has been butchered in the past by a so-called arborist and took years to recover. Roger walked us through what he would do and we felt confident he would take good care of our trees. He arrived on pruning day, went straight to work on our overgrown lime and made it look like a tree again. The palm tree cleanup made a huge mess, as palms do, but everything was cleaned up perfectly. As for the apple tree, we couldn't be happier. The top has come down enough to put the fruit back into picking range and the crossed branches are all cleaned up. I think we're ready for another bumper crop of apples this year. read more

He was able to come and give me an estimate the same day I called. And to make it better said he could remove it the very next day! They worked in 100 degree heat, were quick, and cleaned up after.
