I love how bright and lively it is in the inside, there's about 3-4 photo booths , and you are able to choose and pick your layout, backdrops, design, how many photos you'd like/want printed, customize to your liking , as well with filters and other edits you'd like! They also have a few high angle photo booths which I thought was pretty neat as well. It's pretty simple and straight forward as well , you follow the QR code , pay as you go , and boom the magic happens (not sure if all booths have cash and card as an option) but ours did! And it's super convenient to those who rather pay in cash or use card at their convenience. The photo strips were about $12, I think that's a steal and fairly cheap in my opinion. Considering the ridiculous amount you'd have to pay at other photo booths at other places. They do have props but it's a pretty limited selection, but maybe they'll add more in the future! And they also have tables where you can sit down to do extra decorating to your photos (with markers, and other cute lil add ons). We didn't get a chance to check the tables out completely since they were all full, but it looked like a fun time lol. We went a little late in the day and I was surprised how busy they were even then, but to be fair I get it! After the fun's done , you are able to scan a QR code to digitally save a photo copy of your Photo Booth session and even a video of it all. Such a nice touch to a fun lifetime experience! 10/10 recommend! I'll definitely be back for more! And to add to my photo booth collection lol!

I Went back a few years later figuring maybe their social skills and customer service improved, it was horrific again. I ended up buying all my new equipment from B&H online, no hassle. Went back for the first time today to look at the possibility of looking at their printing capabilities. At first, the older gentleman was very helpful assisting us with our question regarding pricing. We asked for a price sheet, unfortunately they didn't have one for clients or customers, just a sheet to show you over the counter. I asked, "may I take a picture of your pricing so I can have to review later?" He agreed, until his female co-worker overheard and took the sheet from him and rudely said, NO! They verbally tussled a bit in front of us and the lady got her way and did not allow for me to take a picture of the pricing of prints and sizes. She went on to say how expensive she is, repeating that several times rudely. She demeanor overall was combativeness and unhelpful. She made you not want to give her any business at all. This was typical of my previous experiences at Kaimuki Camera. Their lack of customer service, attitude, unfriendly disposition is off-putting to say the least. They do seem to have a decent printing operation, but I'm not willing to give this company my business based on this experience and all my other encounter with their staff. I would not recommend.

I show up the next day and all of a sudden they "sold the last one" and tried to get me to purchase the items separate with a more advanced lens that costs $400 more than what I was planning so they can make more money off me since I was wearing my military uniform. The man mentioned to me that starting in June they're gonna be adding tariffs which will drive prices up so they're holding onto their inventory, on purpose to make more money off people. Horrible business tactic to try and lie to customers to make extra money. I will not be shopping here and will never recommend anyone else to come here also.

Even picked up some fresh rolls of film. I was very impressed with the turnaround time as my digital scans were ready just after noon today...yes, today :) I think I have just found my new lab. Apparently, the envelope of cards were misfiled under the wrong alphabet. Also, they didn't have envelopes but took our name and phone number so they could call us when the envelopes came in. The next day we received a call that the envelopes came in so we drove back to Walmart to pick up the envelopes. Today we are addressing the envelopes to mail out and we are short 28 cards. Unbelievable! I called the Keeaumoku Walmart Photo department and get a message telling me that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and said I should call back again. This is very frustrating.
