In total I spend $750 and got nothing but more problems. And when I had them put brake pads on rear that I bought they left one of my lug nuts off the car and stripped a cap off another. He didn't miss anything- he even made sure I had the phone connected via Bluetooth and all the small stuff that other salespeople might overlook. The car was super clean when I picked it up and I was in and out with the paperwork. Everyone was helpful, including the receptionist and the manager I met. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and unfair -- this is also the second time that this has happened to me at this establishment, leaving me stuck without a car overnight. People have jobs to go to, kids to drive around, pets to buy food for and lives. This deplorable level of service is disrespectful and should be looked into. I have wondered if the low service quality is due to my demographic, which is a contrast to the demographic of the men at the service desk. For all I know, someone's taking my car out for a joyride or to a personal event overnight and management is looking the other way.

The service was a bit slow today, took 3 hours for headlight restoration, but they explain why once I asked what was taking so long. They did take 10% off my bill for the inconvenience. They really did a nice job and my advisor Lucas is always great. I love the newly renovated waiting room as well. Totally recommend this dealership for maintenance.
