What I really like is that you can get an appointment same day or next day, most places near me can't do that. This place is very high volume but can handle it. They have a very nice customer waiting room with clean bathrooms and cafe and solid wifi and tables with charger ports and outlets so I can work while I wait. Inspection took about an hour. I like that they text you updates, and they even text you pictures of things that fail the inspection so you can see it for yourself. They also text a link to the complete inspection report and even a video. They seem to be friendly towards do-it-yourselfers like me, I wanted to do the repairs myself, but of course they will also quote a price for them to do the work and you can opt for that if you want (they have typical high dealer prices). Everything is very clearly explained, my service advisors have been friendly and professional, a pleasure to work with. They even take special care to cover your seat and floor mats so they don't get dirty. I recomend this place. Note, when you arrive it might be confusing, just drive right up to the big bay door and someone inside will open it then you drive in and park there.

Telling potential buyers that a vehicle has no issues & find out after the purchase & a few hours later you begin to see the bullshit. They cleared an engine light code which is only temporary for a few hours, won't answer your calls afterwards, neglect to share any other information about anything else & basically just rob you for your hard earned money in the time of a pandemic. Cars looked good but looks can be deceiving. Hopefully the next dealership I visit will be more professional, answer questions truthfully, keep it and treat the customers right so they can recommend family and friends to shop with them. Fortunately the issues weren't major but you still should've been more professional!
