Then we presented our receipt, only to be told that we were one day late for the refund of the sale merchandise shoes. 1 day! I expressed my displesure of the return declination and ws referred to a manager that gave me a scolding, but eventually accepted the new unworn sale shoes that did not fit as a return. I am appreciative of the acceptance of the return, but because of this getting dragged through the mud before acceptingthe return I have chosen to just stay out of this place and have not returned! Retail managers sometimes act like straw bosses when the owners give them a stripe on their arm and they think they are a general in the military. It is said that one bad experience in a retail establishment will take seven repeat returns with a good experience in order reestablish a trusted relationship with said business.
