Okay fair enough, I realize that it was a stupid question to ask, however, still didn't warrant a snarky response. I took it home and guess what....it didn't work, therefore, had to take it all the way back again. What the issue was: The net book would fire up, it would take a long time for the windows screen to appear and then it would go black again. They told me that it was a problem with my screen, however, after the looked into it they said it had nothing to do with my screen but instead did some software upgrades and changes. After I reported that it didn't work they said, "Oh it's your hard drive." So why the hell wouldn't you check that in the first place? They charged me $50 for the software service and now I have to pay for the hard drive issue? For the record my lap top is under 5 years, therefore, I shouldn't be having these issues.

But Memory Express Langley's manager's behavior is remarkably rude and unprofessional. I ordered an i7-13700K Processor Bundle with a Gigabyte Z790 GAMING X AX Mobo for $629 during the Thanksgiving sale a few days ago (attached are the pictures as proof). Today, I received a call from the manager, stating that I must pay an additional $200 due to their error. I would have been fine with this adjustment, but at the time of my purchase, there were several similar bundles available at Canada Computers and NewEgg. Unfortunately, I missed out on those deals because I ordered from Memory Express. As a result, I'm left with no other options. Note that this would have been illegal in Quebec under their consumer protection laws. When I tried to explain this situation to the manager, instead of a simple apology, I was met with a barrage of yelling and unprofessional behavior. What should have been resolved with an apology turned into a heated argument with the manager.

He told me my hard drive has a problem and it takes about a day to be fixed. He fixed my hard drive for $140 and it looked as a brand new laptop. I went back for a pick up and asked to lower the price at $120. He said I can pay $120 by cash and offered me a new laptop charger. Fast and efficient service.
